Pretty nice hotel built in 1914! I really enjoy the stay here.

This is a very beautiful boutique hotel, with modern design and technology. But unfortunately they have a communication problem. We’ve tried to reach the hotel by email before our stay, nobody answered. When we got there we’ve asked for a tour information at front desk, but the lady was not helpful. Other problem is the breakfast. Although it’s very good, the saloon is small, so you have to choose among 3 options of hours. We’ve chosen the first one, but it was completely crowded because a group of tourists wanted to have it earlier. The lady was rude, telling us to be back in 20 minutes. The next day we had an early train so we arrived a little before it opened. The other lady was rude too, I felt very uncomfortable and almost scared of her, who made us feel as we’ve done something very wrong. I understand they were not completely ready, or that we should have warned them we would leave early. But this is not a good way to impress your guests. We told them we were there to celebrate our anniversary and they just ignored it.

Excellent hospitality! I love the location ! I really liked that it was in the center of Brasov. wonderful view . the rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff very willing to serve with a smile on the lips . I totally adore this Hotel….!!!! it was my best vacation. I will go again and I will recommend it to all my friends!!!

An excellent impression. Impressed with atmosphere, staff kindness and services. Beautiful design, great location, clean and stylish. Variety breakfast with vegan options and detox juicess too. Very well managed! Heartily reccomend!

I was excited to make a stop in Brașov therefore I was looking for a stay where I can enjoy a nice mountain view and have good service ..I was expecting to find this at the Schruter boarding hotel however the expectations were far away from reality . I booked for 2 adults and one baby 3  months old so I paid in advance for the reservation. When I reached out to the hotel after a long trip we found out that they don't have a restaurant in the evening time.Just morning for breakfast, the receptionist advised us to order food online. At the arrival she asked if we wanted 2 glasses of cava as welcome , being with languages  initially I refused as I wanted to install in my room first and solve the food matter. After we found the place where we could order some food I asked the lady to give me some plates to eat in my room, however my husband had to go to the reception to pick up the plates.   Having the dinner moment we asked the reception to give us the 2 glasses of cave she wanted to offer us initially , but she never brought to us.  At midnight my husband went to buy some water as the mini bar had only small bottles available. At the moment he crossed the reception the receptionist remembered about the 2 glasses of the cave we asked before  and the receptionist asked my husband, Sir do you still want the cava ?" Seriously, you ask this at midnight? Someone with a good customer service sound never asks something like this when you know that you forgot !!!   2. Having paid for a room for 2 adults and one baby 3 months old I decided that I would sleep my baby in the big bed and my husband in the sofa which was available in the room, however I asked them to  brig my sheets for the sofa. My husband made the bed himself and the receptionist just brought me the sheets. When she entered the room she told me ,, Oh thanks for your husband for making the bed ".  3. The moment she was in the room I slightly made my point about the view of the room as in the booking is menting mountain view or city view however the view was giving a broken old window of an old building.  4. When I made the check out I was asked to pay an extra fee of 20 euro as they prepared my bed. I found it ridiculous that I had to pay this fee only for the fact they brought me the sheets in the room which initially were included in my booking . I was disappointed as this was not mentioned in the booking policy nor on their website given the fact that I already paid the price for a room of 2 adults and a baby. Then what is the reason for having a sofa in the room ??   The only positive aspect was the nice welcome from the food area and great hospitality of the waiter working in the morning however as a negative point I didn't appreciate it as the buffet did offer info over the food displayed in the buffet so I had to guess visually what I am eating as there were no ticket description of the content of the food. Hotel is located within a short walk from all the top attractions in Brasov. The staff were super friendly and everywhere was extremely clean with a relaxing feeling to it. The pictures on Trip Advisor don't do this place justice. The hot chocolate as a welcome drink was also a nice touch.

What a lovely place to stay. This boutique hotel was in such a great location, close to everything in the old town. Just a short walk to some lovely traditional restaurants. The cable car is very close as are all the historic buildings. The hotel is extremely clean and smells divine. Large rooms and great showers. It feels very modern and new with lots of attention to detail. You can control all the lighting and temperature. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and friendly helpful staff. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I almost don’t want to say how much we enjoyed this hotel for fear we will never be able to get a room again! We loved everything about the hotel- decor, food, staff, ambiance and location. A quick walk to the old town square was a plus. The views were beautiful and the staff exceptional. We’d like to recognize Madelina and Adriana specifically. We can’t wait to come back!

Great hotel with a great location in the center of Brasov. Parking is tricky but everything else 5/5. Staff is very friendly and helped us with the luggage a downside you have stairs leading to the elevator which is ... idk luckily we didn't have much luggage
