Location is great. Near Piata Sfatului nearby the city center. Accomodation did not look like in preview photos. Nevertheless it was good. Cleanliness was ok, but has to be further improved. Towels, blankies, toilet.

normal apartments. there are amenities. repairs and furniture require renovation. The location is super, the very center of the city!

He estado en este apartamento y la habitación que me dieron parecía de los años 70. No funcionaba internet para el ordenador. Daba a un patio y justo enfrente había la ventana de otra casa a dos metros. Por la mañana fui a ver la habitación de al lado y era espectacular porque tenía de todo, daba justo frente a la plaza y la mía todo lo contrario. Casi sentí asco de dormir allí porque el cabezal estaba todo viejo. Es la habitación 31. Unas escaleras de piedra que casi me caigo al bajar. Ni le saqué fotos. Sólo adjunto la reserva por si alguien desconfía de mi opinión

Is on the edge of the Old Town square and was great location for the cost. nothing fancy but solid and comfortable. the one issue is the door is hard to close. not sure if thats simply b/c of the age of the buildings or a maintenance thing

The Customer Service is disgusting. Please be aware of booking this place. Unfriendly and unflexible. Never ever again. Never never never. There are a lot of other good places, give them a Chance, if you don't want to get in trouble after Booking.

The floors and beds are creaking, the apartment is clod even with the heater on. The house if full of rules and warning fines.
You can't expect a guest to take down the trash after leaving, otherwise we get a 30 euro fine. This is not how to run a hotel.

I loved this apartment. It’s just in front of the main square. 3-5 mins walk from the best restaurants and nightlife. A super market just next to it. PERFECT location. If I go back to Brasov I will stay at this place again.

I booked online and received an email detailing how to check in (mainly time office was open). When I arrived there was a sign on the front door saying the office was closed permanently due to covid. No information how to get to my room. I borrowed a phone from a local person and called the number on the notice. The response was brusque and the person answering would not give me any information on the phone but offered to send me an email, which turned out to be the same as the previous uninformative one. I was never able to check in and had to go to a different hotel. I believe I was cheated out of my payment by indifferent, surly, and uninformative employees. Go somewhere else and save the trouble.
