It was a business trip and the location was perfect

Best location and facilities

Safe place near to a lot of amenidades as shopping mall, food variety, offices and services (hair cut, massages, laundry)

During covid the room had a lot of dirty spots which i brought forward to staff and was not given a discount or consideration. In the other countries i travel thus is not accepted. It was quite gross. Blackout curtains were ripped and did not black out the room. Staff is very kind and breakfast was excellent.

Lenilson check me in He was very helpful and kind. Only saw him on my arrival day. But he was excellent! Stanley was also a great help at the front desk and One of the bellman Joao Pedro help us with our suitcases!!! The breakfast girls were awesome and sweet! The breakfast buffet was good , I wish I had the detox juice everyday!! The fruits so real was my favorite, the lil baked goods were a lil dry, but over all my 4 nights were great! Unfortunately I never say the pool or the spa…and the gym made you wear masks which is outrageous to me since in Massachusetts we don’t do that anymore. So I only worked out once during my stay. I would definitely go back if I come to Brazil again and want to stay near the malls.

God location

Estrutura muito antiga, precisa um upgrade. Água da privada vazando e desperdiçando água! Paredes em volta ao box do banheiro deteriorada. Além de tudo quando pedimos para arrumar o vazamento da água da privada demoraram muito! Café da manhã muito bom!!

Necessário melhorar o café da manhã. Há uma variedade de pães, mas só o pão de queijo parece que é do dia. Observei que outra hóspede pediu para trocar o leite, alegando que estava azedo.

Hotel muito bem localizado, ponto forte. Mas se necessitar solicitar algo para a recepção ou restaurante do quarto, esquece. Não atendem. Fica em uma mensagem automática. Outra questão é o check out....demorado pois bom tempo com apenas uma pessoa fazendo o mesmo. Se chegar nessa hora para check in, esquece. Piscina em manutenção por 3 dias, levamos roupa de banho por nada.
