O hotel é incrível. Na realidade, lá são vários hotéis do mesmo grupo. Eu tive um pouco de dificuldade de poder encontrar a garagem certa do Hplus Executive que estava hospedado e acabei por entrar na garagem do Hplus Express... srsr... Mas o rapaz que fica na guarita da garagem foi muito amável e validou o meu ticket. O ruim é que os restaurantes que ficam ali próximos fecham cedo, tipo às 22h. Mas em relação às instalações em si e localização, é formidável. Já entrou na minha lista de favoritos!

A localização, o café, os atendentes a vista é excelente.
A única coisa que fiquei decepcionado foi a piscina por que ao reservar estava tudo normal, e depois de alguns dias pesquisei no site e a piscina externa estaria desativada e que retornaria em 21/11 o que não aconteceu.

Bom dia, Serviço de cafe da manha , com diversos produtos duros , como pao de forma , pao de queijo duro e seco, creio que isso é facil de soluçao, mais em uma analise mais ampla os colaboradores sao super educados e qualquer duvida eles nos auxiliam.

Local bem localizado, porém deviam avisar que a entrada é pela garagem. Quartos legais, mas precisa melhorar a reposição de toalhas e papel higiênico. Café da manhã ótimo, mas o ar condicionado precisa melhorar. Garagem boa!

Friendly, competent, English-speaking staff, big clean comfortable, quiet room with good urban views. All it lacked was creamer for the coffee which is pretty minor! Great complimentary breakfast at a really nice cafe next door. Great value because of the strength of the US dollar. We will return next year!

O check in e check out ok, atendimento da recepção muito boa, atendimento do gerente João Santos parabéns, quarto muito confortável. Café da manhã servido no quarto muito bom, tudo que foi combinado com o gerente foi muito bom. Pontos fracos, a piscina muito fria, poderia ser aquecida, muito pequena e o espaço em volta muito pequeno e ruim, não tem atendimento de bar. Restaurante muito ruim, atendimento ruim, pedimos um café e um misto, demorou mais de 1 hora, a atendente foi bem grosseira, e o misto e as batatas chegaqum gelados, bem ruim, quantidade pouca e preço muito caro.

Staff was great and property was beautiful. amenities seemed limited but good. Smaller than we expected but right in the heart of the city easy to get around!
