Não sei se era luxo o quarto que fiquei (como estava na reserva), achei pequeno para ser chamado de luxo. Mas estava limpo, atendimento cordial e atencioso. Café da manhã bem diversificado.

O Hotel tem excelentes instalações, funcionários atenciosos, quarto excelente, silencioso e muito confortável. O café da manhã maravilhoso. Almoço e jantar é no restaurante e o valor é o mesmo aberto ao público e considerei valor pouco satisfatório ( caro). Aliás tudo em Brasília é caro. Os preços no aeroporto nem se fala. Não gostei da localização do hotel. Enfrente tem um imóvel algo abandonado e senti muito receio em sair. Mas, o hotel ficou próximo do meu local de prova e isso foi essencial.

Local muito bom, atendimento também muito bom, café da manhã agradável, único ponto negativo é você pagar uma reserva cara, jantar caro, e ainda pagar mais de 100 reais por alguns doces ou chocolates e até água, no quarto, valor totalmente abusivo, no mais tudo tranquilo

Só achei que o café da manhã eles recolheram desesperadamente. 10:30. Já tinham vários funcionários recolhendo meio que desesperados.

The buffet breakfast and dinner menu were both very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Here's the problem: the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance durng the entirety of our 4 night stay. If we'd known this we would have stayed elsewhere.

Service was the worst ever and evidences complete disrespect for hotel guests. For instance, they announce the steam room can be used everyday until 10 PM. I arrived at about 8 PM and asked them to turn it on so I could use it after it became hot. To cut a long story short, they kept telling me repeatedly the steam room would be turned on but an hour and a half later nobody had bothered to do it... Not only I found myself unable to use the steam room, but they wasted an hour and a half of my time.
