Quarto no subsolo, tentei trocar e não consegui

Hotel muito bem localizado, mas colchão velho e desconfortável, toalhas de banho tão pequena que na servem pra um adulto, ar condicionado velho e barulhento, tem que ficar desligado, vc escolhe entre barulho ou calor, barulho externo alto. Ainda bem que foi só uma noite e não estava tão quente.

The hotel area is ok . But faces two problems : 1- shower heater is not working , only cold water .
2- they keep always asking for early check out

Hotel muito bem localizado. Tivemos uma estadia muito confortável, considerando que somos uma família de 5 pessoas.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, ótimo café, excelentes profissionais, porém o quarto de solteiro é muito pequeno e o banheiro.

Precisavamos de um local de bom custo-benefício e de localização estratégica, perto do Venâncio Shopping e perto da embaixada dos EUA. Foi tudo perfeito, tudo conforme o planejado.

Estadia curta, pontos negativos: Barulho do trânsito de veículos; Não há cobertura para carregar/descarregar as malas em dias de chuva; Área para café pequena, para a demanda de hospedes; Acesso ao andar dos quartos somente por escada, dificuldade para quem tem problemas de mobilidade; Serviço de camareira falhou na troca de toalhas, mantendo tapete de chão molhado e com mal odor; Toalhas precisam ser substituidas;
