Awesome location awesome service awesome staff awesome breakfast awesome location everything is awesome here including the mall right across the street and great restaurant right in the same parking lot

Close to banks, groceries and other stores. Very clean and neat. Laminate floors and not carpets so more sanitary. Good cable tv.
Excellent reception staff helped me (a senior) with bags after a long trip and friendly offering any help needed.

10-12 kids were running wild up and down the hallway - playing hide and seek for 1-2 hours. It was very noisy during that time.

The key did not work at first time and had to be changed. The upstairs door needs work. The matress in room 233 has overstay its life and is not comfortable sleeping on it. I will get tou pictures next time I stay there.

My first and last time at this hotel. Bed linens and bath were horrible. Very old sheets with holes and discolorations.

Tv was broken, paint was all messed up and peeling in the washroom. Towels had black dirt lines across them. you can only come in through the main entrance, can't use card for side door.

Website showed picture of a reasonable looking gym. Got there and asked where is gym and told “it hasn’t been open for 2 yrs” ……
Wasn’t happy about that - had a hip replacement oct 6 and daily gym/bike time is critical to my recovery.

My room had bugs and there was a leak somewhere in the bathroom so the bathroom floor was always wet.

The only things i would change is to add grab bars in the bathrooms for physical disabilities and some USB plugs for modern electronics
