Customer service was great

Cons:
For Standard double queen room-
Beds were very uncomfortable/lumpy,
Bathroom door wouldn’t shut
Pool area was closed for majority of stay Jacuzzi was closed
Buffet was decent but items could be rotated

The beds and pillows were by no means comfortable. The were lumpy and had a permanent impression of people in the center so you always rolled to the center

We were so suprised at the size of the hotel. Accommodations were great and helpful. Only drawback was the Monday morning breakfast. Too many people all morning for just one line open on the buffett. The line was out the door of the restaurant for hours.

Hello. The one thing that stands out is that for as big as this hotel is, the pool is so small! There isn’t enough room on the indoor side. It had so many kids in it and was overcrowded.

My son likes the pool. My wife likes the hot tub. I enjoyed the bar. Our room was clean and comfy. Overall the hotel was great for what our family wanted.

Good quality hotel and staff. Didn’t like the over solicitation to buy show tickets and other tickets. Very pushy. Didn’t want to use lobby or other common areas due to this.

Stay was great. Always like the location. It is always nice to have a restaurant open late. Very few in the area stay open late. Would love to see a rewards program though.

The property has been a Branson staple since I was a kid. The new management has did a lot of renovations and our stay was nice.

Placement was great. It was just a bit out dated. The room had stuff on the floor when i checked in.
