Premier Inn Bradford Central

Time and time again I find myself here due to work requirements and Alex alongside some other regular staff members provide exceptional service and real care to make the stay enjoyable and seamless. Well done! I look forward to my next stay and one of these days greeting these lovely people as managers!

The service was the best we’ve had at any Premier Inn and the hotel chain is always consistently good. Sarah and Ánge were particularly helpful. We would like to visit again on our next business trip. They kept the bar open especially for us too.

Very comfortable bed and room was very clean, we booked in very late but still managed to order food which was lovely. We were concerned when lady on reception told us where we had parked our car to make sure we had nothing inside worth anything as there had been cars broken into.

Me and my partner had a really good sleep. The staff was really helpful. Ange was the best. Had a good laugh. The staff was really friendly. And would definitely go again.

The room was very comfortable as are all premier inn rooms The reception staff could have been a bit more friendly but the breakfast staff were lovely. The hotel is ideally situated for all the attractions. The premier inn website could be more informative about the directions of where to park as the postcode for the car park led us to a car park that wasn't 24 hours. It wasn't until we were checking into the hotel that there was information about a car park behind the hotel that is 24 hours and only £1.50. We obviously moved our car but it would have been better to park in that car park first.

A family room for 2 adults and 2 children at a cost of £35 per night I thought was a Bargain. Kids also had breakfast free with 2 paying adults. We stayed for 3 nights with no issues. Packing in the leisure exchange for £10 for 7 days and you can come and go as you please. Staff were friendly throughout.

This is the worst service I’ve received from any hotel, not even travel lodge that just a lodge. 4 hours after we booked and paid our room was not ready to be moved into at 1:30am after our 4 hour journey from London. The 2 lady staff on duty were absolutely horrendous. I couldn’t believe this was a Premier Inn.

Made a payment at 10:30pm and arrived the premises.at 1:30am. On arrival, we were told there was no room available after making a payment and long trip. It was so terrible we had to wait at the lounge for an hr before we were taken to our room to sleep.

Arrived to a very pleasant and warm welcome by the Receptionist who checked us in. Explained the facilities. Bar service. Breakfast options. Arrived at our room which was very clean warm and comfortable. Hard a very good nights sleep. Parking is available very close by and not expensive. Had to leave early so never got to sample the breakfast. We would definitely stay again.
