We verbleven hier half mei toen het hotel net open ging voor het zomerseizoen. Er waren nauwelijks gasten en men was nog bezig met allerhande karweien om het hotel klaar te maken voor de zomer wat soms voor wat geluidsoverlast zorgde. Niettemin waren de eigenaars zich hiervan bewust en deden ze alles om het ons naar onze zin te maken. De kamers waren smaakvol ingericht en zeer comfortabel. Alle staff was zeer vriendelijk en deed zijn uiterste best met een zeer persoonlijke service. Heel lekker gegeten hoewel enkel het sterrenrestaurant open was, maar ook daar waren de prijzen best betaalbaar voor dit soort gastronomie. In de nabije omgeving was alles nog in 'winterslaap', maar ik kan me voorstellen dat het in de zomer wel echt bruist. Mooi strand, prachtige tuin, vriendelijke mensen,... een aangename en zeer rustige week waar we volop van genoten hebben.

Het hotel kondigt zich zeer mooi aan. De realiteit is anders. Wij kregen het gevoel dat het meer om het plaatje dan om de inhoud ging. Personeel was niet vriendelijk, noch behulpzaam. Een probleem? Los het zelf maar op... Ik liet mij bij het boeken bekoren door het mooie plaatje en het zwembad. Ik kwam van een kale kermis thuis: het zwembad is klein, zeer ondiep en ijskoud... er staan ook geen zetels rond het zwembad. In een hotel van die klasse mag er bij het ontbijt ook vers geperst fruitsap te krijgen zijn, niet op aanvraag als je Italiaans spreekt maar standaard... Wij aten één avond het sterrenrestaurant. Het eten en de bediening waren top maar wij vinden het totaal niet kunnen dat er daar gerookt wordt.

Amazing cute boutique Hotel!
We got a huge room with a great seating place outside, the stuff was super caring and service was wonderful!
The hotel beach was super close and comfortable with beach bar, as well breakfast was very good with great service, highly recommended

it was a shot...never know....turns out the pictures on their website doesnt do them justice. great service....wonderful resort..i hate to say how great it is in fear of it becoming flooded...the michelin star resteraunt was well worth it. great meal and service. beach bartender cant be beat

The Praia Art Resort was a breath of fresh air. Nothing was over looked; from the check in process to the luxurious rooms, the ambiance at the pool and the comfort of the beach beds everything was top notch. The breakfast and lunch offered healthy, tasty options. We cannot wait to return on our next trip to Calabria. We feel as though we found a hidden gem!

More accuracy and cleanliness in all the services offered. To reduce time of service during lunch, too long! Breakfast to be improved with fresh and local products. Some troubles with the final bill, some items reported in the balance did not correspond to our reservation and our expectations!

The resort is located in Praialonga, a secluded holiday village in one of the best spots of Gulf of Squillace. With a sustainable approach in both materials and food, the resort promotes south Italian culture thru an outstanding choice of local design and regional ingredients. Ideal to relax and taste unique recipes in the starred Michelin restaurant. The sea is Cristal clear and the staff always available and friendly … the Italian style…. Cannot be missed

Praia Art Resort is a glorious property. It is a love letter to Calabria and the rich heritage of the region. The beach is stunning. The staff is excellent and friendly. The food is not to be missed. The grounds are lush and abundant with local treasures (olives, grapes, fig tress). The surrounding area offers much to see in an area of Italy that is often overlooked. We will return to Praia Art Resort without question.
