很高興能夠入住位置那麼好的酒店，但是在入住的兩晚期間，我們對酒店的服務感到十分的失望，這絕對不是一家四星級酒店該有的樣子！當我們12點在前台詢問的時候，那個女服務生回答我們下午一點可以入住，然而當我們下午四點回到酒店辦理入住時，前台迴應房間還沒有準備好，還需要等待十五分鐘。第二天早上，波士頓下着大雨，我們詢問前台一位女服務員是否有雨傘可以借用，她十分冰冷的回答沒有，並且沒有任何不好意思的感覺，這讓人覺得很不舒適，這種情況發生在亞洲人身上，我甚至懷疑這位女服務員有歧視的想法，令人無法接受！

Hice la reserva con vosotros y después me cobraron 110€ más de tasas que me dijeron que estaban incluidas . La recepción a la llegada un señor muy desagradable . Cuando llegamos a la habitación estaba la puerta del balcón rota por lo que entraba mucho frío y nosotros dijo el señor de mantenimiento que esperáramos al día siguiente , claro está no lo hicimos , el aire acondicionado también suena mucho . No lo recomendamos

There are some rooms looking at the dumpster. The gal at the desk was great and upgraded us to a room with a small balcony away from the dumpster.

It's such a nice property, I first went there 25 years ago. Love how it overlooks Fanueil Hall and the rest. Warm entrance. Good room.
I was in 604 and FYI the phone did not work (maybe find a way to contact the front desk without it?) and the toilet handle needs fixing. I wish there was a bit more warmth in the room, even cheap robes. The lobby and/or elevators need signs saying where the workout facility is (and that facility is fine, maybe swap in a Peloton and swap out a machine, but the internet functionality did not work on the machines). The rails in the elevators need an easy sanding/staining. Restaurant was fine, I'd go there again if I stayed there (but not if I wasn't!).

Always stay here when in Boston and is always great but this time the room we had needed some work. Bathroom doors didn’t close lamp broken wallpaper coming down in bathroom Still enjoyed the stay and valet parking is 2nd to none just not pleased with room this time

For the price and destination fees there wasnt even a fridge in the room but there were 2 broken ones dumped in the hallway. Unprofessional. Microwave was also on another floor. Customer service was terrible. Not friendly. Valet should be complementary.
