Fountain House

Gelegen in het centrum van Boston, het is erg handig. De kamer is ook erg groot en schoon. Er zijn twee grote tweepersoonsbedden in de kamer, koelkast, magnetron, WiFi enzovoort. . .

Clean, good facilities, good location

Surprisingly found the place during darkness haha. Centrally located in town. Car park very close by at £4 for 24 hours (as stated) 🙂 Very clean room with super en suite. Only negative was wrong code texted to me which caused a lot of frustration trying to enter! Highly recommended.

The first impression was very concerning when we drove past there was approximately 8-10 teenagers in the road and in the first car park you drive past, they did not want to move as we tried to drive past them, there was a little bit of abuse as we eventually drove past. We turned round at the end of the road, we were pleased to see another car park so we parked there, a charge of £4 for 24 hours and even charged for a disability. As we walked towards the door the kids were shouting something and one used all his intelligence to throw and smash a bottle on the ground. We were surprised to see where the property is situated, being kind, it really looks like a flat above a shop, we did need to phone the night caretaker to ask how to get in, once you enter the 4 number code its easy enough to push the door to enter, we were trying to turn the old number security handle. We were told we were the only people in the property (2 apartments) but we could still hear people talking, banging and walking around somewhere? My son tried to turn the TV on, the sign on the TV came up there "poor or no signal", oh well no TV. We did have a good sleep, the beds are comfortably, the linen smell nice and clean, the apartment is clean and very well organised. The morning was another story....my son went into the shower, after he few minutes he called me to let me know the shower tray was not stopping the water going all over the bathroom floor, it was flooding. I had already turned the water off,

On arrival the tv wasn’t working, phoned the number provided someone came round while we were out and got power to the skybox yet didn’t pair it, when we got back we couldn’t pair it so had no tv all night, then after midnight the people in the other room came back in and shouting obscene jesters through our door keeping us awake, they were then up and down the stairs till gone 3 in the morning even in their room they were loud laughing and shouting, music coming in from the bathroom area which we couldn’t even drown out with the tv because it wouldn’t work, tried calling the number provided thinking it was a 24hr number to sort out the neighbours but to no answer, we got very little sleep that night if any and have told the management company who were going to pass it on the manager of the property yet 2 days later I’ve had nothing at all no acknowledgment that they’ve recieved my emails and are looking in to it and to my disgust no offer of any compensation,

Perfect location, very very close to everything ......car park less than 20 seconds walk away £4 for 24hrs! Everything you could ever want from a hotel room, even had a microwave and fridge, tastefully decorated, nice lighting and a mega large tv with sky tv! Beds very comfortable. The bathroom is huge! Very modern, heated towel rail, double shower and underfloor heating.... can't rate this property enough, would of stayed another night if I could!

Warm welcome, lovely comfortable room. Good value for money. As there is a microwave provided, it might have been helpful to also have cutlery and crockery. But overall a very nice place to stay.

Stayed for one night while in Boston visiting family. The room was large and spacious, two big comfortable beds . Lovely walk in shower, everything was clean and modern. Great location next to the town centre, it didn’t bother us but if you want a lay in you might not get it lots of noise from street below in the morning.

Well appointed room and excellent service.
