Aan de plus kant: Vriendelijke receptie die met je meedenkt en Engels sprak Wij hadden eten inclusief het pakket en elke avond was er volop keus. De kwaliteit was goed Van te voren een parkeerplaats reserveren is noodzakelijk, ter plaatse wordt de auto door het personeel weggezet. Wegrijden naderhand moet je zelf doen en de auto’s staan nogal dicht op elkaar in een al krappe omgeving Ideale ligging, 2 minuten lopen van het centrale plein Aan de min kant: De kamer deuren zijn zwaar en vallen daardoor hard dicht, dit hoor je erg goed van de andere kamers Personeel in het restaurant sprak mondjesmaat Engels en waren er ook niet echt op ingesteld om in het Engels vragen te beantwoorden Er is inderdaad een zwembad in het hotel maar deze is niet vrij toegankelijk. Toegang is te regelen dmv een Spa-pakket van 35€/3uur Honden zijn toegestaan in het hotel. Toen wij er waren was er een hond die continue aan het blaffen was, dit was erg vervelend. Wij hebben hierover een klacht ingediend maar hebben niet gemerkt dat er iets aan gedaan werd.

Great hotel, clean spacious room, amazing location. Delicious breakfast on the top floor of the hotel with a breath taking view. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to train station/ 5 min walk; shops, cafes restaurants all around. Loved every moment. Thank you!

Excellent location but that’s all. The rooms were very cramped; my bed was extremely uncomfortable, the furnishings were gross, the wardrobe didn’t open properly, the shower was minute; and they don’t supply an iron on request. We would have had to iron out of the room in any event because the space was so small. Front office staff were generally rude; in fact after waiting a few minutes for a receptionist to look up from his computer and acknowledge my presence - I ended up asking him ‘am I invisible?’ Dining staff were all very efficient, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was terrible. The ‘fresh’ fruit wasn’t always fresh, nor were the pastries - and if you presented at breakfast say 5 or 10 minutes after the plate of communal scrambled eggs arrived - the dish was stone cold. All in all we hated going into our hotel - and after 6.5 weeks visiting several countries and staying in various hotels; this was the only one that let us down; and boy did it let us down.

Very good positioning of the hotel, very clean and friendly and hospitable staff. It is very close to the city center and the numerous and famous shops. Very good breakfast. A breakfast with seasonal fruits, Italian coffee, traditional cheeses and homemade cakes.

Very good hotel to stay at and use the Spa. Comfortable beds and bath with shower products included. Good breakfast and the employees very nice. You must wear bathrobe to use de spa (towels are not allowed) or rent one.

I returned this year after a great experience last year. The hotel did not disappoint! Charming staff-especially the restaurant’s. And the panoramic roof top restaurant is a delight. Loved my room, and the little balcony! Recommend and hopefully will return next year. Thank you.

I have never be in such beautifull hotel in my life ＜3 People there are nice and help everyone. I can feel calm and relaxed :) I will recomend that place Everyone ;) I left on the desk in my room paper on which I wrote ‚best regards and my opinion that They are amazing’ ;)

The rating is almost 5 stars as the spa was really enjoyable both in terms of pools and sauna, Turkish bath and of massages, the personnel kind and available, the food at the restaurant pleasant. Only the room was not bad but slightly under the level of the rest (not so comfortable mattress, too high mirror, lacking of a body cream that I expected in a spa, generally a bit worn out compared to the rest. But I would definitely come back and have another resting stay here.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at the Columbia. Our original booking was for a different hotel in the town but we were moved to the Columbia at the last minute - and what a good move it was. The staff are so nice, especially Ivan and Irene in the restaurant. They looked after my wife who has a gluten allergy and Ivan's wine recommendations were spot on. The hotel is clean and in a great location for exploring the town. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
