Great location and good value for money. The reception is very kind and helpful when it comes to giving advice about where to go and how to get there.

酒店位於市中心 地理位置不錯 頂層的露台餐廳酒吧風景非常不錯 周圍有便利店 非常方便 酒店後面有一個教堂和小街道 非常漂亮 酒店設施稍微有點舊 但是有重新裝修和佈置過 服務非常不錯 適合商務出差

Ik heb al een aantal ervaringen met indigo hotels. Altijd in orde. Het hotel in bordeaux was mooi aaangepast maar mist nog een aantal zaken om super te zijn. De oude novotel klinken bijvoorbeeld en de afwerking bij het schilderen. Maar op zich leuk hotel . De prijs van het ontbijt is wel te duur

Goede ligging net buiten oude centrum en dicht tegen de Gironde. Hotel is een blokkendoos zonder karakter , typisch uniform en onpersoonlijk aangeklede grote keten hotel. Alles is ok en in orde - en dat is al heel wat - maar ik lag recent in een ziekenhuiskamer met meer karakter ... Uitstekende WIFI , koffiemachine en de aparte WC zijn troeven, douchen in het bad, het Queensize bed (ik had een Kingsize verwacht ) en de kleine badkamer waren minpunten. Personeel was meer zakelijk dan vriendelijk. Ontbijt was druk maar ok én het personeel in de ontbijtzaal was heel vriendelijk, beter dan aan de receptie . Hotel heeft geen parking maar de naburige parking (gewoon de hoek om ) is niet voor slechte chauffeurs zoals ik : met de ogen dicht de zeer smalle en lange bochtige toegangsweg genomen, nooit meer !

Perfect location to explore this beautiful city. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful with a detailed map given and points of interest highlighted on the map as a great guide. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel to choose from.

I am extremely disappointed with booking service at the Indigo hotel. I made a non-refundable reservation at the hotel for two nights in September which also happens to be my birthday. Unfortunately our flight has been cancelled by the airline and we cannot arrive to France on this date. Therefore I sent a polite e-mail asking the hotel to consider a partial refund or having a chance to reschedule our stay, or anything really that would help me in this unpleasant situation. I am aware that I made a non-refundable booking, but taking into consideration it is an unusual situation, and that it is still 4 months to go and surely someone will book it it no time, I would expect a little more friendly customer service. Especially from a hotel that belongs to IHG group. The hotel's reply (from Celine) arrived a week after my inquiry, it was written like nobody cared, there was no "we are sorry your flight was cancelled" or "we would like to help but we cannot make an exception" or anything that showed respect and good will - just a plain "no, we cannot". We are fond travellers and have been fortunate to stay in such hotels as St Regis, Anantara, Sex Senses all over the world. In an Indigo hotel we made a booking twice. For the first, and definitely the last time.

When we booked Hotel Indigo, it was based on Tripadvisor reviews, especially those that commented on the friendly staff and the welcome at check-in. We stayed there for five days while others stayed at the Intercontinental and in discussion, we agreed we got the better deal. The staff, both at the front desk and at the rooftop bar were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily recommend Indigo Hotel to anyone who wants a great Bordeaux experience. One minor thing. The French are not big tea drinkers, so if you are, bring some English Breakfast or EGT teabags from home.

Location is 25 minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes to the train station. 15 minute walk to the city centre. Next to the conference centre so but if a business hotel. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed, nice rainfall shower. Staff throughout friendly. Breakfast on the roof top was nice with great views and food on offer was great, including freshly cooked eggs of your choice
