Wat een geweldig hotel is dit. De kamers zijn geweldig en vooral de kamers in het bijgebouw zijn mooi van stijl. De bar in het hotel is aangekleed met leren hang banken waar je lekker in kan chillen. Het ontbijt is ook goed. Er is een kaart aanwezig waar je een ontbijt uit kan kiezen. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay in the annexe in the maxima room. It was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable. A very nice coffee machine that dispensed instant hot water was a nice touch, and the bathroom wow! A wonderfully powerful shower, bathrobes on the back of the door and luxurious fluffy towels. What more could you want? The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful even recommending places to visit which were not a disappoin**ent. The position of the hotel is perfect with an ample car park that has electric charging. Across the road and you’re straight into Swansea’s bars and restaurants or behind the hotel across the bridge into the marina area with its bars and restaurants. It’s the perfect location for visiting the Gower peninsula and not too far is the botanical gardens too. The breakfast was outstanding and definitely worth going for. All in all an amazing stay.

A wonderful hotel ! A comfortable bed and room and lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing as was the evening meal . Easy access and within easy reach of the town centre amenities and facilities . Mandy at breakfast was super helpful as was Hayley on reception .

Last Sunday my family and I went to Morgan’s Hotel, Swansea for Sunday lunch. It was to celebrate my 50th Birthday and we were a large group of 17 people. We had a fantastic meal and were treated like VIPs. We were given a lovely welcome and all waiters and waitresses were so friendly and obliging. It made it a very special occasion for myself and my family. Thank you ever so much all staff at Morgan’s Hotel! I will certainly recommend you as a venue. Thanks once again.

This hotel is superb, beautifully decorated , lovely comfortable rooms and attentive professional staff. The location is perfect to get about and just a short walk away you have the marina which we highly recommend. Short drive into the mumbles for a walk along the promenade. Amy and Ben were our dream team on reception , nothing was too much trouble for them, they went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Very professional, smart , Always smiling and they were just delightful. We also were impressed with Morgan at the bar , professional attentive and with a smile and very knowledgeable of the drinks. Without exception these members of staff are a credit to Morgans hotel and made our stay that much more special. Definitely will return to this beautiful hotel

I had a wedding to attend which was a beautiful thing, the way it was set up was genuinely beautiful. The hotel room was stunning, clean and didn’t feel like a hotel room, it felt almost homely. Staff were amazing too and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.

I was having a stressful day followed by a 4-hour drive to get to Swansea for a meeting before arriving at Morgans Hotel. I was greeted by Amy who was a Joy and a delight as well as extremely professional. She made the checking in process painless and explained everything to me, booked my table for dinner and showed me to my room. I immediately relaxed into the comfort and style of my room and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Our trip to Swansea foe our anniversary was made even more memorable by our stay here in Morgans, the Henry belle suite was immaculate and enormous coupled with the amazing and friendly staff it made our stay really special. A special thank you to Hayley Bryant who was a delight and a pleasure to meet she made is so welcome from start to finish. We will be back to the only hotel to stay in, in swansea da Iawn Morgans x diolch Kevin and Sarah.
