If you want to stay in an eco-friendly hotel in Bonito, you should stay at Hotel Pousada Arizona. We, as tourists, need also to protect the environment by staying in a hotel that allows a bird like this toucan in the pictures (taken at the hotel) to have a habitat full of trees (not these cold hotels without nature), despite being close to Bonito's downtown (just some minutes walking). The hotel is cozy, charming, spacious, gorgeous, and incredibly clean. The breakfast is amazing, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly (especially Luan who stays during the day). I can't find words to describe how pleasant it was to stay at this hotel, which deserves much more than five stars, it is just incomparable. No doubt to stay in this hotel on my next trip to Bonito/MS.

O hotel é extremamente aconchegante. Um cantinho muito charmoso e harmonioso. É um local muito bom para receber crianças e também viajantes solos. A decoração rústica e os chalés são muito bem cuidados. Toda equipe é extremamente simpática e receptiva. Muito atenciosos e prontos para responder a qualquer dúvida. Super indico.

Minha hospedagem de 7 dias foi maravilhosa. Lugar lindo, repleto de natureza, comida boa e atendimento atencioso. Tudo impecável e com agência de turismo dentro da pousada que me orientou sobre passeios na região. Limpeza do quarto em dia e ambientes sempre organizados. Um lugar perfeito pra estar só ou em família/amigos.

Hotel pousada Arizona conta com chalés espaçosos, aconchegantes , com privacidade e conforto em meio a natureza . Café da manhã em um charmoso chalé que fica acima com vista para piscina e a paisagem . Excelente para crianças e pet friendly, além de um excelente custo benefício. Melhor local para se hospedar em bonito

Atendimento muito bom, cordial, desde o check-in até o check-out. Contato com a natureza, arborizado, ideal para passeios com a família. Preço bom, quartos climatizados, bem higienizados, café da manhã variado, área da piscina bacana.

A pousada é ótima, ambientes bem limpos, os caminhos entremeados de natureza é fantástico, iluminação noturna com luz amarela é um charme. Atendimento de todos é excelente, todos muito educados e muito solícitos, o Luan que fica na recepção é nota 10! Único ponto a se considerar é: pelo fato de não ficar muito próximo do centro, quem não vai de carro para a cidade pode ter alguma dificuldade para os deslocamentos (ter que pedir uber, taxi etc) mas pra quem vai de carro é super tranquilo.

Ambiente familiar. Chalés com uma boa distância um do outro, decoração como nas fotos, escolhi por ser rústico e ter essa carinha de casa e não de quartos de hotel sem cor e me senti muito feliz por isso, tem muito verde em todas as áreas do hotel o que traz muitos pássaros (amei a quantidade de espécies que vi na minha estadia). O redário na figueira é simplesmente maravilhoso. Café da manhã bem variado, com a quantidade ideal de frutas e suco natural (não repetiu nenhum sabor na semana além da opção diária do de laranja).

La posada está muy bien ubicada a 1 kilómetro más o menos del centro y fuera del ruido. Muy buena para el descanso. Las instalaciones del hotel están bien sin embargo podrían mejorar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones en general. Un punto muy muy muy destacable es la atención del señor Adalberto él nos brindó la más coordial atención nos consiguió los tours que venden las agencias sin siquiera salir del hotel y muchas más buenas atenciones además el único funcionario que habla en español portugués y también guaraní. Por de más lo más pésimo la atención de recepcionista Lucas un joven que se nota que no quiere su trabajo ninguna coordialidad ni buena presentación. Pasamos 6 noches en este lugar.

Camas confortáveis, lençóis bem limpos, toalhas limpas, precisa arrumar o chuveiro elétrico tomamos choque. Espaço ao ar livre, natureza em redor. Melhorar a decoração. Café da manhã foi bom. Para passar um fim de semana na cidade é um hotel razoável.
