Banheiro com limpeza bem deficiente, chuveiro e vaso sanitário com pouquíssima água ao tentarmos abrir o registro o mesmo estava com vazamento severo. Insetos mortos no chão e dentro da gaveta e armário, teias atrás da porta, tapete do banheiro sujo. Ao solicitarmos reposição de papel higiênico, tivemos que ir até a recepção, do outro lado da rua, e trazer na mão, o mesmo não foi colocado numa sacola o que gerou constrangimento. Água da piscina bem turva. Também não havia sabonete no banheiro e não era possível manter a janela do mesmo aberta.u

The room was dirty, towels too. I had frogs for two times in my toilet and the staff did not bother removing it even after I asked to! (He suggested we kill the frog putting salt in it!) I had to kill a cockroach one night, and once I looked under the bed it looked like was never cleaned before. I did my honest review in Booking and the owner contacted me to bribe me to take my comment out. I asked for my money to be returned, they never did that. I am sharing my experience so I can WARN you before you book this hotel.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been, if you even can call a hotel. It's dirty, old, old sheets, old towels, disorganized, you have to basically pay extra for anything you want. When I got to my room, there was a bar soap in the bathroom from previous guest. That shows the bathroom was never even cleaned. They said there was parking, but actually the parking is on the street, as the hotel is located in both sides of the road, with a church in between. Very weird!!!

Bruno do Financeiro está me devendo estorno das diarias desde a pandemia. ProconSP ja me deu a causa e a pousada se recusou a responder. 3 anos pra devolver o dinheiro. Eles ja admitiram o erro, tenho toda a documentacao, e passaram a fazer chacota do assunto.

Nós hospedamos pela segunda vez neste hotel. Excelente localização, pertinho do centro, muito tranquilo e silencioso a noite. O hotel não é luxuoso mas com muitos locais para descanso . Para quem procura natureza, o local é perfeito: muitas aves e macaquinhos. Café da manhã simples mas farto. A responsável pela cozinha como todos os Funcionários são gentis e prestativos. Nosso quarto foi limpo e trocado o enxoval todos os dias. Todos os ambientes estavam limpos e bem cuidados. A água de Bonito tem muito calcáreo o que entope o chuveiro. Falamos com Rafael que prontamente desobstruiu e o problema foi resolvido. Nada temos a reclamar

Amamos a pousada lugar limpo quarto arejado colchão e lençóis de boa qualidade, chuveiro ótimo, o café da manhã estava lindo com produtos de boa qualidade e tudo fresquinho, achamos a pousada um charme e fica super perto do centro onde tem restaurantes e bares, vamos indicar para nossos amigos e com certeza voltaremos a Bonito e a podada. Inclusive amamos a decoração ❤️❤️

Banheiro horrível, box apertado e com o rejunte dos azulejos encardidos, toalhas manchadas, chuveiro péssimo sem pressão alguma, TV não funciona . Atendimento ruim, pessoas sem postura para lidar com os hóspedes . Não recomendo . Fotos no site não condiz com a realidade do lugar , decepcionante .
