The apartment block is a building site with works being carried out in other apartments and working on a Sunday morning. In our apartment the toilet came away from the wall & flooded as did the bidet. The apartment smelt so bad. On reporting and toilet being repaired, we were told to use toilet gently!! Hall was full of building stuff, lift broke. We had to keep windows opened as adhesive smell was so strong making for a very cold and noisy night. Offered a 200euro refund but 375 a night was too expensive to have to use a restaurant toilet across the street and ending up with the next night with no sleep & a migraine. *********** were useless, no help at all. I know things happen but to charge such a high cost for a room that was not fit for purpose was a disgrace. So greedy and unfair

Bologna is a city for walkers, and Falegnami Boutique Suites is perfect for this. There are a couple of apartments here, and we (partner and I), stayed in the smaller one for three nights. An easy walk from Bologna main train station, although dragging cases over the cobble stones and rain-soaked slippery marble paths was interesting! (But that was not the fault of Falegnami Suites.) Location is great, just off the main drag, and close to good restaurants, cafes and bars. Check in was easy – we received clear instructions via text / SMS on how to get in from the street, to accessing the apartment keys and where the apartment was. The apartment was spotless, and well appointed. Although we ate out each evening, we self-catered for breakfast and picnic lunches and whatever we needed was in the apartment. Bed was super comfortable, and the area is quiet at night – we slept with the windows open. The washing machine was much appreciated. Thanks. Cate

It’s bright, everything is new and clean, good elevator, fantastic location and terrace with jacuzzi was so relaxing after each day of touring. Perfect for couple or solo. I really enjoyed my time here and I’m so sorry to leave!

Great apartment in a great location. Central Bologna with access to all that Bologna provides. I would definitely recommend this apartment The only negative was that the wifi was a bit intermittent. Good speeds when working but then would drop for 2/3 mins. But this is a minor problem compared with the location of this property.

The most interesting thing for me was the personalized contact over phone before the trip to make sure I am all set for the travel. There was a person ( or a bot) assigned to me who interacted before the trip to make sure I register as per the regulations. The check in was also very seamless with clear direction on picking up the keys. The apt. was right at the city center with a beautiful terrace, big living room and a kitchen. There were lots of bars, restaurants and shopping areas right below the apt. The apt was also equipped with a lift. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay :)

The apartment was everything I looked for, the location, in a quiet location, very comfortable. Already thinking about booking again for a summer trip! Very easy check in and always there to help if you need anything or have any questions! Thanks guys!

We have stayed for just one night sadly. The acommodation beautiful, for a perfect price. Location was great as well, train station and center was just 5-10 minutes away by foot. Communication with the owner was really easy. Check in was solved by messages, that were very clear. Owner had really good english so if problem occured, it was no problem to communicate. Apartment was clean very well acommodated, it even had coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tv with access to netflix and youtube. The only problem was that we couldn't find any detergent or tablets for dishwasher. Overall we had really good time at Falegnami suites and fully recommend it for shorter trips or longer vacation for friends and family as well.

Abbiamo bloccato telefonicamente un appartamento per una prenotazione con voucher . Dopo aver fornito nominativi degli ospiti e avere definito tutti i dettagli della prenotazione seguendo le indicazioni del gestore , una settimana dopo ci rechiamo a Bologna e scopriamo che la prenotazione non è stata fatta. Imbarazzante gestione , frutto di incompetenza derivante da totale negligenza e superficialità nel curare il rapporto con la clientela . Alla fine abbiamo accettato un altro alloggio che sarebbe costato 111 euro ed invece abbiamo pagato 90 euro di voucher che si è incassato il gestore incompetente più altri 69 a nostre spese . Aggiungo che la comunicazione è stata difficilissima , rispondono praticamente solo per whatsapp evitando il più possibile di interagire nel modo più semplice possibile , ovvero verbalmente con una telefonata . Che dire insomma …. Una brutta esperienza .

ボローニャの中心地に近いVia Falegnami にあるアパートメント。No.7の部屋に滞在しました。予約はWEBで。キーの受け渡しやチェックイン、チェックアウトは対面ではなく、分かりやすい案内ガイドを見て自分で。週に２回ほどのルームクリーニングもあり、キッチンにはすべての食器や調理用具あり。洗濯機も便利でした。スキップフロア付きの部屋は広さも十分、バスタブも大きくて快適。大きなクローゼットも3つありました。
