Super 8 by Wyndham Boise

The room smelled a little musky but the person at the front desk said they had just cleaned the carpets. A couple little things were broken in the room but the shower was good and the bed was super comfy/soft. Slept great! Overall a good experience

It was fine for a short stay. The beds could definitely be better quality.

The lady in front desk was very unprofessional and very rude and did not help at all after she decides to cancel my reservation and still wanted to keep my deposit. Do not recommend

Price was fair and rooms were fine. So close to the interstate you can barely sleep from the car noise. Could hear neighbors through the walls quite easily.

The bed was the worst bed I have slept on in my entire life. The pool was just nasty and ghetto.. I mean it’s a cheap hotel what do you expect. I have just stayed in super 8s that weren’t this bad tho. Front desk person wasn’t rude but not professional at all. Worked for the few hours we had to stay there while waiting for our flight but next time I would pay more to stay elsewhere

Motel is next to airport andthere is a free shuttle but the motel charges $10 day to park until return. I didn't expect a charge, especially since there is plenty of room in the lot. Pool area is very unappealing.

BE WARNED HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Where should I start! the Manager is the rudest most bitter person I have ever dealt with in a hotel stay in my life. WOW! We paid for a week stay. Right off the bat the springs in the bed where sticking up so you could feel them when you lay down. TV didnt work. Called did nothing about it. At the end the manager tried to blame us. Really! We paid for a week in advance and my daughter got locked out one night and they would not allow her to come back in till the next day when the manager was their. No explanation left!!!!!! I called but to no avail! Next morning they called me and as usual the manager started screaming! Unreal! This is the lowest of the lowest customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter stayed 3 days and we paid for a week. She proceeded to scream we are not getting a refund and she kept my daughter deposit. This women does not deserve to be the manager. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE HORRIBLE

Bedding was stained and gross as were the protective covers. Bathtub didn’t drain so there was constantly water in it. We didn’t even shower due to water puddling in the tub. The entire hotel was gross.
