My fiancee and I spend a long time in their junior suit and the only real problem we had was some missing cooking utensils otherwise we had a great time there, friendly staff and lots to see in the local area

Very nice hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. No counter space in the bathroom to place toiletries. Nice breakfast. The breakfast attendants are super friendly. Bed is REALLY FIRM. It's a little tricky to get the water temperature just right in the shower. The front desk staff could be a little nicer to people who are having guests or friends visit them at the hotel.

I travel with my family, therefore it is very comfortable for me to book an apartment or a suite because we are five people The advertisement said a suite but each department will understand it but no, it's a hotel We booked in August 20-22 I tried to communicate with the person who accepted my reservation and they never answered when we got to Bogotá I spoke and they told me it was a hotel and the person who had told me about the relationship did not work with them They did not want to give me the suite that I reserved and after four hours they gave me a hotel room I tried to talk to the manager but he never answered, he always refused to talk to me, they charged me more than $100 and they didn't respect what I had agreed before, it didn't include breakfast, because they said it's not included in the suite

The stay in general was not that bad, my only issue was the attitude by the front stuff. I really think they could be a lot more friendly.

Nice hotel, I’ll stay here again. Room was a little musty, but an open window took care of that. Close to the Bogota Chamber of Commerce.
