I wanted to ensure that my parents had a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, they had to endure poor service. My parents are not the type to complain, but this time, they said that the service was terrible. There was a long wait to check-in. Despite me having paid in advance, they were charged an additional tax fee (IVA) and the employee did not provide a receipt.
The hotel's wifi was also not working, and when my father asked for help, he was ignored. According to my father, the employees were rude, and it saddens me that I could not provide my parents with a good experience. I am very disappointed that we cannot trust this hotel to treat senior citizens with respect. Based on the treatment they received, it appears that the hotel discriminates against older people.
