The attention of the recepcionist was terrible, one person by phone told me dont call.
Also I was charged with breakfast, breakfast was supposed
to be included.

I have reservation and when I came here they say I don't have the room because that credit card don't go through and I have to looking for another hotel at midnight I never recommending this hotel

Convenient location m. Close to a couple of shopping malls, and an ATM since the property at the time does not accept card payment. Small rooms, but comfy and no air dryers in the rooms, but we did ok without it.

Las fotografías mostradas seguramente fueron de el tiempo en el que el hotel estaba nuevo. La limpieza de los baños es fatal y hasta las sábanas estaban rotas y percudidas. Sin contar que la atención por parte de los encargados es poco profesional

mucho ruido. no dejaron dormir.. es como un motel llega gente a las 3 am borracha hablando a comerse las viejas,, y gimiendo duro.. .. y no dejan dormir, el ruido en los corredores.. tenia un largo viaje y tenía que descansar.. encontré una cucaracha en el baño grande.. la habitación no era la de la imagen que reserve.. y la cama tenía ácaros. falta de limpieza.. me picó la piel toda la noche.. y estaba super duchado y limpio yo. pero las sábanas sucias. pequeñas gotas de sangre o que se yo

El hotel solo cuenta con una plancha para todas las habitaciones, esta quemada y pone en riesgo las prendas de vestir, la mesa para aplanchar esta muy deteriorada.
La habitación muy amplia y limpia, la atención del personal siempre es muy cálida, el hotel queda muy bien ubicado

Nos cobraron diferente a lo q decia Hoteles.com, en el cual estaba con impuestos y ellos nos cobraron aparte los impuestos
