This place was nice! The employees were very friendly and nice. This was my first time to Bogota. The room was clean and had all the amenities you would need. There is no A/C but I knew that prior to booking. I typically like my rooms cold but I heard Bogota itself runs cold. The breakfast was good, lots of choices. They arranged for my ride to the airport. Would I stay here again. Yes and no. If it had AC then 100% yes. But if not I would have to check the local weather and then consider it. But for a first timer it was a great experience and a safe one!

Great location, friendly staff. Modern and pleasant hotel. We stay there every time we visit Bogota and have never been disappointed.

Rooms with not usb charger. Towels very old and limited.
When I was ready to check out they was charge on my account products I never ask or use.

The hotel was adequate for our needs as we only slept there. The breakfast which was included did not cater for the British visitors who have travelled a long time to stay there.
Rooms were kept clean & tidy.
Door staff and waiter called Ronaldo were very welcoming
COMPLAINT
The water dispenser bottle at the end of the food counter was broken and the water level was often left to go right down resulting in it having to be tipped up. The container when taken away was not replaced with a different one filled up and bought straight out. The time taken did not give enough time for that container to be washed before being filled up. My family of (4)ended up with severe diahhoria on the last 4 days if our holiday. This is the only common denominator as we often filled our water bottles from here.
We woukd stay here again as situated in a great spot. But make sure you get a mountain view to avoid road noise and the noisey staff arriving for their shift

Only stayed for a night. The rooms are VERY small but clean. My friend and I booked a room with two beds and they didn’t have the room type available so they gave us two rooms with single beds instead. Not sure if the double bed room would’ve been a better size.
That being said the hotel is very clean. Bell staff is nice. Front desk is pretty curt and check in process took a long time.

Amazing and welcoming service. I stayed just for one night, and my flight was departing very early in the morning so they prepared me a breakfast box to carry with me as the breakfast time was later than my check out

Beware of rip-offs! At checkout, unauthorized services were billed for over 400 euros, minibar alone for 250 euros. Only after 1 hour of discussion was it relented and it was confirmed that the wrong prices had been set... we agreed on 80 euros... still an absolute impudence... admit it … get a list all receipts and ask for receipts!
