Zeer goed gelegen. Kamers niet te ruim voor stellen die dit hotel hebben als tussenstop in groepsrondreis. Te weinig plaats voor koffers. Badkamer ook niet ruim. Avondmaal en ontbijt waren oké. Personeel in restaurant wat zenuwachtig.

Een dikke 9. Gewoon een goed hotel in een prima prijsklasse Schoon en centraal liggend hotel. Mooi uitzicht. Lekker en goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Verlate checkout was mogelijk.

Als je een rondreis maakt overnacht je in heel wat hotels. Het minpunt van dit hotel? Maar 1 overnachting. We arriveerden na ern vroege boottocht om half 11 en konden al in onze kamer. De aardige receptioniste vertelde duidelijk hoe er in de buurt kan worden geparkeerd en hoe laat er betaald moest worden. Gekozen voor de betaald parkeerplaats naast het hotel. Jachthaven voor de deur Ruime kamer met o.a. Koffieapparaat met verschillende smaken Waterkoker Koelkast Airco Grote televisie En dan het ontbijt. Niet voor niets aangeprezen, zoveel keus. Een aanrader!

Een nachtje (februari 2022) geslapen in Thon Hotel Nordlys. Prima hotel met goede kamers en lekkere bedden. 's Morgens genoten van een goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Prima uitvalsbasis om het centrum van Bodo te verkennen.

Flying from Trondheim to Bodo above thick cloud I was treated to a spectacular display of the northern lights and this set the tone for my time in the arctic circle, where I was lucky enough to see the aurora on all 4 nights. Including from the hotel room. The hotel is great with a sensationally good breakfast. I had a Superior Double with sea view first night, then on return from the Lofoten Islands they gave me a free upgrade to a corner room and I photographed the northern lights out the window.

The hotel location is perfect. A 15-minute walk from the airport and 5 minutes from the city centre. There is a small harbour in front of the entrance. The service staff are very friendly and dedicated. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The box spring beds are very comfortable and high quality. The breakfast at the hotel is absolutely great! If you don't get your fill here, it's your own fault. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

Must commend the staff for their friendliness and professionalism. You meet happy faces at the reception that makes you feel warmly welcome. The chef de la cuisine definetly did a very good job, the food was delicious.They asked all the time if we wanted more coffee and that kind of service makes this place special.absolutely looking forward to my next visit.

Lovely hotel. The only readon I gave 4 stars for the condition, was that there was some construction noise as the 3rd floor was being renovated - certainly a worthy cause. Beds were comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was great!

Spent 1 night at this hotel. Short walk(10 min ) from the airport. Lovely location next to the see. Clean and fresh room. Unfortunately not with a sea view. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was absolutely great. A lot of choices both healthy and not so healthy. Fun with not so usual things( Spanish meatballs, Japanese omelette…) I would absolutely stay hear again!
