El hotel está muy bien ubicado y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar, ya que hay un centro comercial en la parte baja, en el que encuentras restaurantes, cafés, tiendas y cines. Por otro lado, si bien no es un hotel de playa, tiene un club al que puedes ir y regresar con transporte del propio hotel

Everyone was super friendly & helpful, but the buffet for breakfast wasn’t worth the $800 pesos. The plantains were hard and cold, the rest of the food was ok. The pool beach was also ok. I never got a waiter to come around for drinks, so I had to get up and asked for a menu. But I love that I got to check in early. Thank you to the front desk!!

Good staff. The rooms are big, comfortable and attractive.
Attached to a mall, so great shopping.
Food is very good. Great breakfast buffet.
Only small issue has been the shower in several of the rooms. They look great, and are super comfortable. They have great water pressure, but they are slow to drain, and you can make a mess if you’re not careful.
Favorite place to stay in the area.

My staying at the hotel was very nice except when I was at the playa club. There was a waiter but he didn’t go around to ask if clients needed to order something. Clients were calling out the waiter to come over so clients could order something.

Good service, everyone always greets you, stores at a walking distance, food courts and great restaurants very close... all the shopping a girl can ever want is near.

Every one of the staff was helpful and so friendly. I definitely look forward to my next trip to Boca del Rio and another stay here. I am learning Spanish and the staff did their best to speak to me in Spanish but a little slower so that I could understand and I appreciated that rather than switching to English.
