Noe hotel. Convenient location at Knoxville airport

安排的房間在電梯旁，還好電梯聲音小。房間還算寬敞。我們是早晨5.30的航班，酒店早餐還未開，也沒辦法安排早餐包。

Great place to stay, friendly staff and very clean inside. Only complaint is that the mattresses are on the soft side but that's just my personal preference. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

I enjoyed my stay and my daughter enjoyed her room, but I was surprised, even with both rooms paid for in advance through *******, I still had to use my credit card for a $200 security deposit for both reservations (which, they assured me, was only temporary)..
The place was very clean and modern and the staff was very frendly and helpful. No complaints on service.

The staff was very friendly and help. Because I got in so late and their was no taxi at the airport they even assisted me with taxi. I enjoyed my stay

Pool closes at 9 and we were a bit disappointed because we picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool. We usually expect an indoor pool to close at 10 or 11 pm and since we arrived at 8:45 pm the kids missed out on swimming. I wish they would posr pool hours on booking page so we would know.

When first entering the lobby of the hotel it was very clean and smelled nice. The staff was quick to greet me and very kind during our entire 3 night stay. The room was clean as well as the bathroom and well equipped with soaps/shampoo. The breakfast had plenty of options even my picky eaters were happy. The breakfast area was maintained often during breakfast hours and kept clean.
Overall was a great stay, my only complaint would be that the beds were not very comfortable.

The bathroom and the room was clean but the bathtub shower was very slippery and the room needs to have a little kitchenette when your hotel says it is a hotel and suites. We thought it had a kitchen we had all of our food and we could not use it but everything was okay your breakfast was good.
