Location is good but rooms are very dated as is the bathroom and also dirty. Furniture in room and bathroom fixtures looked as though they had been plucked off a rubbish pile from a derelict house.. Every time you go up and down stairs to your room you have to try and dodge the massive amounts of pigeon crap that covers the stairs from the pigeons that roost there. The rooms seemed like they would be perfect for drug users or *******.

Booking on Trip.com was smooth, although I paid up front and the hotel didn't realise this and emailed to ask me to make payment. Check-in staff were lovely, very helpful and courteous. The map with instructions to get to my room was a little hard to follow because the security door's keypad numbers were invisible in the afternoon sun until I pressed on the keypad. The single room was fine, basic but clean. I found the mattress very soft (prefer firm mattress), so my back was a bit sore. I had a great Bibimbap for dinner in the downstairs bistro and appreciated the 10% discount. There was some mechanical noise from a machine outside overnight so I didn't open the window for fresh air, though I normally would have. Great location by the sea and on Jetty Rd!

Always enjoy staying here on the waterfront. Awesome cafe ***** & shopping. The rooms are old but this is reflected in the price- cheap & cheerful. Bed comfortable. Guests staying also get 10% off food if you present your room key. You can scan a QR code in your room & get room service if you don’t want to dine in-house. Meals are great & service friendly.

Upon arriving to room, it contained a single bed which was not what was advertised. Room was dark, dingy out dated, holes in walls to top it off bed was covered in stains. Hotel Manager was very helpful and arranged other accomodation

The location is great! Check in was ok, then you walk past the bins, up the pigeon poo covered back stairs an into a dingy corridor. You open the door to the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, with a bed, 1 chair, wardrobe and a fridge, it just feels grotty. Aircon in the window so right above your head when you’re on the bed, can’t close the curtain because it is I front of aircon. Bathroom is small and straight outa the 60s. The noise in the room was unbearable due to a machine on the roof right outside the window (apparently it’s the dishwasher) We ended up leaving in the early hours of the morning as pipes were groaning in the walls!
Didn’t have a high expectation going in, due to the cheap price, but have to say we were totally underwhelmed!
