訂的是豪套，前台給房卡給的是商務標間？進房後怎麼都不理解，這套房的照騙也太驚人了吧。在反覆自我懷疑後，選擇打電話重新確認，結果前台告知需要後台確認？我訂的什麼房你們後台查詢不是幾分鐘的事嗎？讓我在房間裏等了快10分鐘？
後告知確實弄錯了？？？豪套和商標價格不一樣吧！這都能弄錯？如果顧客不提前提出質疑，是問我退房那天會主動給我退差價嗎？出差商旅過來據説是當地最好的酒店。這種服務態度，實在是不敢恭維。
告知會給我換房後，讓我拖着沉重的行李重新返回一樓拿卡？？？真的很搞笑！你們工作的失誤為何讓我跑上跑下如此折騰？也沒有一句道歉。遂拒之，直接要求在新的房間電梯口等他們把房卡送上來。
好傢伙，又讓我在樓梯間站着等了15分鐘。
豪套的馬桶都是壞的，客廳的廁所沖水下不去，卧室的廁所能自鳴一晚上。
總體感覺很差勁，以後不會訂。

服務態度非常不好，差評，30度的天氣不給空調，一再找他們協商説空調正在清洗，給了一個電風扇，接電話姓吳的總枱服務員説不住可以走，讓我們去住小旅館，服務實在太差勁，差評！

停車比較便利，看着高大上，內部設施還可以，傢俱有些污漬，衞生還有提高空間，檔次還可以，衞生細節還是差點，早餐一般，管理相對維也納差很多，衞生間打掃不夠仔細。

太垃圾了，這麼大的酒店一點不專業，首先前台接待冷漠，開房沒有秩序，接待安排不專業，愛答不理。房客退房東西拉到房間不給房客反饋，不及時聯繫，少返回一盒啫喱膏，希望這麼大的酒店領導能重視，別給泌陽抹黑，真心入住讓人窩火

時隔四年後再次入住，環境未變，服務還是特別好！唯一不足的就是房間內的地毯，年份久了就明顯臟了，還不如不鋪更為乾淨衞生。由於孩子生病需要提前兩天退房，酒店的服務態度也特別好，處理事情也很合理。

不知是酒店還是攜程，真夠垃圾的，花大價錢定的行政客房居然沒含早餐。前台告訴我是因為網絡訂房，去它奶奶的攜程和尚東
