Hotel was cheap got what I paid for. Could’ve definitely been worse! The hotel could be cleaned way better stains on sheets and comforter, I opened the refrigerator and a roach was trying to figure its way out never in my life and I have stayed at lots of hotels as well as work for hotels!!! The room stinks curtains stained dirty wash cloth left on shower rack furniture out of date!

Birmingham is a lovely place and this facility is right next to the Birmingham East VA clinic. Within walking distance of many places to eat.

Well aur condition was broken no conditioner or shampoo and refrigerator not working to cold only normal it was not good

Met our needs for the most part. Carpet needs to be cleaned. 8 month old had black knees, feet and hands from crawling on the floor. Sink faucet was in bad need of replacement. The bath tub was the cleanest I have seen in a hotel.

I will never stay at this hotel again. After traveling 1300 miles and 19.5 hours, all we wanted to do was aleep. Check-in was easy enough, however, when we entered our room it smelt of mold and the bathroom smelt worse. The beds were dirty and the service was less than professional. When the front desk was informed of the problem, Claire lied about our check in times and refused to move us rooms. I hope this gets better for future people.

I booked 1 night to visit my daughter. Found a crack pipe in my bed Management came to my room 3 times banging on my door after i told them i was preparing for checkout. General manager a Indian lady was very rude and nasty when i complained about them continuing to bang on my door and finding a crack pipe in the bed. She also threatened to call the cops on me. I have booked through orbitz a numerous amount of times and i have never had an experience like that. I will b requesting a refund for my stay and i dont recommend this flea bag hotel for anyone to stay in. Out of all people the GENERAL MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE AND THE WORST!!! WHAT AN EXAMPLE TO SET FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO WERE PRESENT DURING THE TIME OF THIS INCIDENT
