More clean will be better (too much spider webs)
More friendly staff on reception will be much better for welcoming customers

All good, clean and not far from the airport but the bus stop which is in front of the hotel is not working because they are working on the road. We had to take a taxi to the airport (25£)

Good hotel and great locations close to stansted airport . Uber is available from the hotel to airport and I paid £17 . Rooms are clean and modern .

I was unable to travel due to passport stolen issue and unable to cancel. I hope hotel will be more considerate with issue like this as i have a police report of stolen passport

Simple and cheap hotel fairly close to the airport. Only stayed 1 night to get an early flight the next day. No frills, everything worked ok. Room smelt a bit gross when I first entered, but was fine 10mins after opening the window.
Not easy to get to by public transport - Need to take a taxi if leaving your car there as buses are infrequent and inconvenient to get to.
Check in was fine, check out the staff were busy looking at something and ignored me so I just left the key on the desk.
Close to a service station for buying food and such.
