Hotel Legends

Beautiful hotel and the staff was so nice! Every room was a suite, and the shower is HUGE. Would definitely stay again. The walls are a little thin so you can hear the people next to you but that was not a huge issue for us. They have an in house barista and a snack area. They also have a restaurant and bar but we didn't utilize those.

This is the second time staying at Hotel Legends-we thought it was part of a chain which it is not-it is a newer hotel in the Biloxi area and every detail is just perfect . You are greeted with a friendly face and presented with chips to be able to use at their wonderful bar in the Sapphire Lounge-the rooms are very spacious and comfortable

So it was my birthday weekend . Check in process was amazing the lady with the dreads up front was very friendly and sweet . Over all roll was amazing until I found a pair of dirty NASTY UNDER WEAR UNDER ONE OF THE SOFAS ! That was SO……NASTY AND STiNKKK . I don’t know how long this has been there neither do we know if this person had any type of disease or anything. It was just left there meaning house keeping did a very poor job. My husband Was so mad and was ready to go . I don’t think we will return.

A large groups of us checked in Friday for a Mardi Gras ball that was happening this weekend. The staff was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we all had rooms on the same floor and even let us check in early. Great customer service and very friendly. Every employee spoke to you while passing by in the hallway. Excellent experience and will definitely be back next year for ball weekend.

As the hotel is free standing with McDonalds as its closest neighbor, the restaurant and bar on premises is critical to hotel guests. Longer hours and 7 day service would be appreciated. Everything else was great. Loved the modern rooms, decor, vintage photos and cleanliness.

It is a very beautiful hotel but please don't be fooled by the pictures alone. What they don't tell you is that the rooms are adjoining and u can hear everything in the next one. My husband and i couldn't get any sleep because we could hear a tv blaring and the chandeliers dangling all night and there wasn't an actual comforter there were like 3 sheets on the bed which u can see if u pay close attention to the pictures. We were freezing. It was below 40 degrees last night and all we had were sheets.. instead of investing in all the artwork they could put a little money toward blankets. Also those chips they give u for a free drink at the restaurant inside of the hotel is only for certain drinks but they don't tell u that at the front desk it's a happy surprise when u get there to irritated bartenders who complained about them..

Very clean smoke free property. Very nice laid out rooms with comfortable bed and huge shower. Place was very quiet with security on premises. It’s close to Hard Rock and Beau just not easy walk if older, or if it is cold outside like our case. Also ridiculous that the walk over bridge across road right outside hotel is FULL of homeless people. They need to clean that up asap. Bad for business and bad for Biloxi.

Hotel Legends is Legendary….  I have read a great deal about Hotel Legends and since I had some ******* points from our summer vacation I thought I would put them to good use.   Fortunately, the reviews that I read were extremely accurate and definitely lived up to my expectations and so my points provided an amazing reward.  I am not sure of the star rating assigned to Hotel Legends  however, their customer service is 5 star for sure without the 5 star price.   First, the hotel is immaculate from the lobby area to the rooms.  The lobby was beautifully decorated for the season and the numerous pictures of all the legends around the hotel are aesthetically pleasing and make for a great conversation.  Ashley was the check in agent. She was friendly, courteous, and provided me with everything that was needed to make our stay enjoyable.  I also loved how we received two tokens that could be used for a cocktail or coffee.   The hotel was also very quiet and the elevator and hallway were extremely tidy.   Our room had been serviced by Theresa on the day we arrived and it was extremely clean and comfortable.  I love the suite concept because it is great for families.  We had two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room area.  In addition, all the rooms had cable television and a great view of the Gulf Coast and the pool.  The pool I believe would be tons of fun during the summer months.  

The master shower head was broken and we found silver fish in the bathroom. The hotel staff was friendly but it was hard to get a hold of the front desk requiring us to walk down there to get help instead of calling any time we needed to come down. The shower in the second bedroom was messed up and backwards so cold was hot and hot was cold. The couch in the main area was stiff and uncomfortable and the comforter was lacking warmth in the main bedroom and felt more like a sheet than a main comforter. Over all a nice hotel just not what I expected for the price.
