Good location for being closed to guggenheim and the modern art musuem and is also next to the tourist info center as well. About 20 mins walk to old town, but you can hop onto the nearby tram stop with frequent service to get to old down in 6.mins via the tram.

You will not be disappointed if you stay at this lovely hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant downstairs is charming and delicious. Just to be clear, it's not the hotel restaurant, but is literally steps from the entrance. Next to that restaurant is a friendly convenience store, in case you forgot a thing or two. About a three minute walk from the hotel is a wine shop with very knowledgable staff. There are also pharmacies within easy walking distance as well as an urgent care should you need health help.I will never stay anywhere else if I visit Bilbao. Also, the views from the room are beautiful.

Great location. Clean, well appointed rooms. Parking close by. Good value. Walkable to dining. Guggenheim was viewable from our room.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Miro. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and Honesty bar! My only suggestion would be to change the music in the lobby/bar. We all found it annoying and sleep inducing. Minor compared to everything else.

Very pleasant stay. I was in Bilbao for work, and the location was perfect for that. Very close to the University, and only minutes away from Guggenheim, which made it very convenient. Not to close to the shopping street, so not too flustered or busy, yet stil central.
The room was very nice, however my room was in the second floor, facing the street, so there was some noice which could be bothering if one is sensitive to sounds. Also, people from the busilding across the street could easily see into my room, but the window had shades, which worked fine.
The breakfast did not have the largest selection, but the food was high quality. It was also possible to order eggs and others from the kitchen.
All in all a great stay! A bit pricy tho, so if you are on a budget, there are probably cheeper alternatives that would be just as great, however compromising on the location.

Nice little hotel in a great location. While it has some oddities, overall was a good stay and value for money. Compact is compact; but its separate toilet and shower rooms make it good for a couple traveling - speeds up getting ready so you can spend more time enjoying the city, as after all that’s why we are here.

I like the boutique style, very friendly and nice design. Rooms were spacious but very basic, not much furniture for relaxing but clean. Beds were pretty comfortable if you like firmness.
