I booked room for 3 nights we were excited after entering in hotel. But there was no swimming pool. We adjusted without swimming pool but later on electricity gone, no water was coming in washroom, no room service on time, no food on time. We were just got irritate. Please dont book this hotel by looking on the images which is shown. Go to property and see and then book. Very disappointed.

It was a bad experience with tanarika, although this was my 2nd visit there, but hospitality is poor even they didn’t provide water bottle on welcome, old expired plastic bucket using in washroom, waiters are not educated or well experienced, they don’t have manners how to enter in a room while guest is there, even they checkout the room while giving your food, so that you can easily understand how they treat with guest, and what type of food or water they provide thankyou

1. Bathroom clogged. I'm not joking, it became a pond in 3 mins! 2. Toilet comods unclean, stained. Hey folks ever heard about harpic or sanifresh in tv ads? rooma and toilets need to not just "look" clean but should be germ free and free of any organic matter and pests. Not sure i will want to bring my family back if you continue this

Good ambience for a stay in a place like bhusaval. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are kind and courteous and their service is good and we enjoyed the overall stay.

The service &staff was good but the room need to maintain ac was not working the door lock is not smoothly working.
