The hospitality and service of the staff is top notch. Rooms are really comfortable. Had an extremely pleasant stay at the property. Breakfast is also something one would love.

Location of the hotel is very nice as it’s very close to market. It’s good for people who are vegetarian as it’s a pure veg hotel. Rooms are neat and clean and service is also very nice. Staff is very friendly and cooperative and always there to help.

It was clean, Food was good. Spacious rooms. Staff was helpful. Service was prompt. Washroom was clean and smell free. Will visit again.

The shower was not working properly. Chargers were levied on water bottles.. There was no vanity kit.. The TV was not working.. Overall not good

The place was clean everything was good and had a really pleasant stay here. The foods were vegetarian and just ok. Shower glass is a bit short so water might split out and the wifi is a bit slow sometime but other than that everything was nice

Good things: Location, Room service, Fast check in and check out, Bedding, New property. Things needing improvement: Breakfast, Window Shade, Pricing, Closed wardrobe missing. Although, the room service was good, yet had to ask for everything like slippers, dental kit, etc. which was a little annoying.

Best hotel to stay in all aspects , good rooms , small sizes but worth the money ,the in-house RESTAURENT was really good food was great , the location is the best heart of the city new market area , DB mall is just 10 min and very good shopping 🛍️ for women’s clothing is right behind , all RESTAURENT are near by . I have to thank the hotel staffs front office ashu khan , har****a and raj they where so helpful . Thank you 🙏

Reception lady has to be little bit humble and polite. She is not giving a chance even to speak. In morning around 8 am housekeeping person is banging up on bell to give toothpaste and shave kit why???? Not required you can keep it before guest enter the room . Is it a trick to kind oft wake up customers in morning .???

Nice place to stay in the heart of city. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Prompt service and best option to stay in central place opposite to new market Hotel is new and well maintained. Ideal for family, and business travelers also. Keep up the good work.
