This didn’t feel like a 5 star service, very slow, nothing special, room service was limited and overpriced for the experience I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was an amazing experience to get married there and spend the night.
The rooms are excellent. It’s an old American embassy historic building renovated smartly.
The service is spot on. I’d definitely recommend to stay there if you want to spend your vacation at the heart of the European side of Istanbul.

完美的酒店。
歡迎曲奇不要太好吃，酒店還有一個club是特色，因為我們每天都比較累，就沒去。
一定還會選擇這個品牌的酒店。

進入酒店有工作人員幫忙拿行李，但是我的箱子在check in的時候被其他客人推走了。笑。最後客人發現拿錯了給送回來了。大堂和園子裏從早到晚都很多人，幾乎坐滿。最受不了的一個點，浴室的牆上全都是黴點，瓷磚是深色花紋很難看清楚。我對酒店唯一要求是乾淨，希望酒店工作人員花些時間徹底清潔一下。房間和花園雖小但蠻漂亮的。

房間的衞生超級差，洗手間全是污垢。生銹的垃圾桶，排水線全部都是黃黑的黴。窗簾灰突突的，整棟樓是新建的，不是老建築，不值這個價！避雷！

地理位置好，酒店很特別，房間都蠻有意思，歐洲方格，很浪漫.
但是價格有點過頭，服務水平跟不上. 也許屬於當地特色，我們沒明白這家酒店到底有多麼特別. 要不提升服務水平，要不降價都可以，硬件很好，軟件還是差一些. 下次來旅遊會換一家酒店.

很開心，服務人態度很好，很適合年輕人，早餐都很好吃，周圍有很多酒吧清吧，步行去獨立大街很近
