Het hotel zelf is goed maar verdient geen 5 sterren
Ontbijt was erg slecht en vanwege de planten op het terras kon je tijdens het eten bijna niets van de zee zien, dus ik zou zeggen dat de verkeerde ontwerper was gekozen, maar de service was goed

Great guys and always helpful with a smile.
The room was very smelly as it was facing the restaurants. For this price category it should smell like that.
Unfortunately we didn’t receive any compensation for that.

I can’t consider it 5 star hotel. But I think it is an issue around Istanbul just in general.

Nice hotel upon the location, location close to Galata port and all facilities like cake restaurant and transportation. Room big enough.
One think you have to take care of a noise point, due the hotel closer to bars restaurant up to 2 am noises 😳.

every thing was perfect except the sound proofing specially at night as my room was facing backside of the hotel where so noisy street was there although we were in 3rd floor but noise at night was high, location is Amazing
What I didn't like is distance from elevator to room is really big distance

위치는 좋았는데 시설이 5성급은 아닌 느낌이었습니다..
위치 때문에 가격이 비싼건지.. 조금 실망했네요.
앞에 해변이 예쁩니다.

Хороший отель, отличное местоположение. Номер был во внутреннюю часть отеля. По вечерам в коридоре доносился запах жареного с улицы. Заселение было с опозданием на 30 минут.
