"I recently stayed, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Posizione davvero strategica, c’è una salita un po’ ripida per arrivare proprio sotto la torre di galata, ma se non si hanno problemi super comoda!! I gestori davvero carini e disponibili, la camera pulita, spazio giusto, ed il prezzo a mio avviso super conveniente!!

A very good hotel in heart of Galatas tower,near istiklal and galata bridge. I really liked the fact that the rooms were super clean and very decent for the price. The most important fact although was that the staff was super friendly , helpful ( they gave us many information for the different locations). The hospitality was awesome and this is the most important for me .

NOT recommended! I booked 2 different rooms, one for 3 people, and the other for 4. The room which was supposed to be for 3 people was not available, I was given a room for 2 instead of 3. That was not the end of it, the room was under construction, the window was on the floor, the door card didn't work and one of the 3 people had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. The only thing they did was a 15 euro discount only for one night for that room, which is nothing compared to the 60 euro per night (3 nights) I paid.

A last minute booking left us with few options but we were so lucky to have found this. It’s in a perfect location for the city and near Galata Tower which is buzzing with lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. Yes, it’s hidden away and a little disjointed but it’s clean, modern and great value for money! Aslan at reception was so helpful and welcoming. He organized a taxi for us to the airport and was just a lovely guy! Would recommend. Cheap, cheerful and perfectly located!

Booked one big family room but instead had to stay in 2 rooms and not next door either. My children had to stay in a separate room on the floor beneath, filthy towels, no towel rail, bath mat and no hand towel. Description says toiletries provided but only bars of soap provided, there was a safe but it wasn't fixed, one of the hosts was rude, was told water would be sent to my room but this never happened and when i went downstairs to get some, the person at reception had changed and made us pay for water. Also no lift so had to walk up many flights of stairs, they did help take the luggage up the stairs but in the way down had to do this myself and the light at the top fight of stairs wasn't working so a bit dodgy going up or down the stairs which were spiralled.

There are two very good things to be said about this hotel. 1) The location is amazing. Super central, yet quiet at night. Galata is a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of cute shops and cafés. 2) One of the receptionists was very kind and welcoming, and his English skills were good. The not so good stuff: if you're allergic to dust this is not the place for you. The floor underneath the bed had probably not been cleaned for over a year. I asked the hotel staff twice if they could have someone clean it, but it never happened. Underneath the bed, I found face masks, a dust layer so thick it could be a carpet and a rotten apple covered in mould. Not cool. The other receptionist did not speak as good English, and wasn't there for my checkout in the morning, even though we had agreed the night before that he would be there. I think this place is good if you're only staying for a night and don't mind dust, but unfortunately I don't think I will come back here, in spite of the great location and nice receptionist.
