Inntel Hotel Istanbul

Abnormaal slechte kamers, vlak naast hen, van muur tot muur, wordt het huis van 05.00 uur tot 18.00 uur afgebroken, zoemend in het hoofd. Kamer niet schoon Apparatuur gedeeltelijk kapot Nooit meer.

We verbleven een dag met een kind, het was moeilijk te vinden, aangezien er veel hotels in de omgeving zijn, hebben we 2 uur in cirkels gewandeld. De kamer is schoon, warm, maar de handdoeken zijn oud, er ligt geen tapijt op de vloer, er waren geen handdoeken voor de vloer, er is geen minibar, hoewel de kamer als een luxe kamer wordt beschouwd. Het ontbijt is standaard voor Turkije, maar we kregen een haar in onze nuggets en konden niet meer eten. Dicht bij het plein waar veel restaurants en winkels zijn, stopt de havaisbus naar de luchthaven Sabiha op 6 minuten lopen. Het personeel is vriendelijk, ze printen zonder problemen de instapkaarten uit en internet is overal beschikbaar.

This hotel is near Taksim square and it is easy to walk from hotel to Esteghlal street. Room was good. Breakfast was very simple.

It was in good location. Good staff. Good breakfast. But room is small.

Towels look that they are used many times Bed sheet are not changed Breakfast is acceptable

It was in a dirty area however was close to taksim. Enterance was very dark small amd not clean .the elevator was not able to carry more than 2 person. And also it was only 1 elevator.so sometime you have to wait up to 5 minutes to use that. And finally personelle act as people have debt to them. Very bad experience. We moved after 2 nights to another hotel and they dont pay back last 2 nights price.

Location is good but room was not the expectation , around the area was so noisy

We stayed at this hotel for three nights,there was no shelf in the refrigerator on our room,the room was cramped as you can see in the photo,they didn’t put slipper in the bathroom .no cooperation from the staff,the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Front Lobby smoke smell: Front desk personal was smoking outside the door before I stepped in and whole lobby had smoking smell inside. I did complain to the front desk personal as soon I stepped in. Elevator was dirty. Carpet in the hallways was dirty. Bathroom floor was not clean and shower floor had disgusting marks on the floor. This lead me to leave this hotel. I stayed in the room for 5 minutes and then left the hotel and went on to search for a good hotel on the foot. I spent 3 hours to find a good place because everything else was completely booked. I had very bad experience with INNTEL HOTEL and had to walk around the whole area to find one good hotel for almost 3 hours. I was totally exhausted by the time I found a good hotel but was happy that finally I found something which was better and up to my expectation. I ended up paying $250/night (this was price was for walk in customers and hotel was totally booked but they did have one corner room available) at the The Marmara Taksim (very nice and clean hotel). Please take INNTEL HOTEL off of your list. This hotel is nowhere close to any other hotels I stayed during my trip. I’ll not recommend this hotel to other travelers. I moved out right away after stepping in this hotel. This hotel was very hard to find out too. No one in the area new this hotel and google map direction was not leading to this hotel. Name of the hotel was not clearly visible. I had to spend long time to find this hotel.
