I am a well seasoned traveler. Consequently, I’ve stayed in different type of lodgings from 5 stars to 2 stars. Nevertheless, even the lowest amenities I stayed my lodging need have been well met to the point that have never have to leave a negative review. However, I am taking my time to make sure that I do review Hotel Del Flores to spare another poor guest the anguishing anxiety that this hotel facility can cause a guest for the first in Los Angeles. To begin with, the facilities staff are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional- to the point that if you bring any concern to their attention they considered you to a nuisances. The place is dirty, the beds have bed bugs, and you share communal restrooms with everyone being else’s staying at the hotel. The place is significantly noisy to the point that can’t get any rest. My length of original stay was supposed to be approximately 8-10 days when I request to cancel the rest of my stay at Hotel Del Flores, Ashley, one of receptionists acted extremely out of character; threaten not to reimburse the rest of pay already paid length of stay. After I reported the situation to ******* and my credit card in-front of her, Ashley went ballistic, belligerent, high agitated, and verbally threat me and my family of bodily harm. Quote,”get the F out of here and walked out she raised the window leading outside of the property and continue threaten with bodily harm.
