new owners do not care about amenities or customers.
1) app listed breakfast not provided, blamed "the truck didn't show up" but staff revealed they stopped breakfast 30 days ago
2) pool not open
3) all ice machines except 1 out of service, its up to you to find it
4) NO TV SERVICE and there had been none for at least 3 days. Not a system outage, but a hotel issue
no pool & ice machines are just an inconvenience, but no TV is bad. And how hard would it be for someone to pick up fruit, pastries etc on way to work every day, and put out some coffee
Stairwells were dirty, but room was very nice. But that's a fold over from the previous owners
The young lady on the desk was very nice, felt sorry she had to field my complaints

Clean and comfortable. Bed is decent and pillows are great. At check in i was notified that the pool was out, the cable was out and ice machine was out. Not a big deal to me as i was just there to sleep at a fair price

First they put me into a dirty room. There was hair all in the sink like someone cut their hair in it. The second room was nice but smaller. It also didnt have a microwave. The resturant and all food was closed down. I was not notified of any of that before. And jus to top it off the morning of my last day at 7am i walked out of my room to meet with my friend to walk them upstairs. When we got back to the room the key didnt work. So then i had to wait well over 20 minutes for a cleaning lady because nobody else came in till 9. Luckily she was able to open my door for me unless i would have been locked out for multiple hours.

When I book, i look for pools and breakfast and it stated both but pool was closed and no breakfast.

Property management is horrible they charged me extra when we arrived and tried telling me that I won’t get the money they took extra I won’t get back! Make sure you check your transactions

Arrived at the hotel to check in and was informed that the pool was closed, no breakfast would be offered and there was no television service. I was told that I could call ******* and they would honor the cancellation. Now ******* and the hotel do not want to honor that cancellation.
DO NOT BOOK a reservation here.

Started with my no reservation had to wait 20 minutes while they tried to find it then gave me a room with someone already in it after that gave me another room but told me with a different number ended up walking three times from one end of the motel to the reservation desk after that we couldn't turn off the heater it was on and very hot in the room could only open the windows about 3 in and then when we got back the door handle fell off overall I rate this one maybe two stars because it was very very clean that was friendly but they didn't know what they were doing

1. Didn’t get the king room as requested while booking, hotel was not sold out it’s just there is no staff who works there to make room clean or available.
2. No breakfast (front desk asked me to cancel the booking, after driving 5 hours from another state who would book another hotel?)
3. No hand soap in room
4. TV doesn’t work
5. No manager on duty, asked for manager 3 times (to compensate some refund) but no answer from front desk or they couldn’t locate manager.
6. Hotel checkout receipt says different date. Hope I am not getting charge multiple times.

I come here about once a month, but I’m not sure I’m coming back anymore—unless things change for the better. The staff are great—but there were only three working in the entire building. They can’t keep up with everything that needs to be done. There was no breakfast “because the trucks have stopped delivering,” according to the sign at registration. The pool was closed. The hallways were dirty. My room was fine, as always, but wow has this place gone waaaay downhill since they were bought by someone who apparently is terrible at running a hotel. The lone staff person I could find in the morning, who was folding towels while checking me out, seemed hopeful that they might get sold again so things could improve. I hope so. It was such a nice place until recently.
