new owners do not care about amenities or customers.
1) app listed breakfast not provided, blamed "the truck didn't show up" but staff revealed they stopped breakfast 30 days ago
2) pool not open
3) all ice machines except 1 out of service, its up to you to find it
4) NO TV SERVICE and there had been none for at least 3 days. Not a system outage, but a hotel issue
no pool & ice machines are just an inconvenience, but no TV is bad. And how hard would it be for someone to pick up fruit, pastries etc on way to work every day, and put out some coffee
Stairwells were dirty, but room was very nice. But that's a fold over from the previous owners
The young lady on the desk was very nice, felt sorry she had to field my complaints
