Cracking hotel not in a big area but close enough to walk or taxi (also a free shuttle bus) to colleta. €11 in taxi from the airport. Food not a massive choice but what there was on offer was very well cooked. Great staff very friendly and helpful. 1 of the life guards was a pain by being far too strict. No aircon but we hirers a fan from the on-site shop had no issues. We stayed 11 nights and would defo stay again. Small walk to the sea front to feed the chip munks

We had to move to this hotel after Ryanair changed our flights. We were booked to stay in Caleta. We arrived 2 hours before check in however our rooms were ready. Very spacious rooms with small kitchen and fridge. No air con was the only downside but you can hire a fan from the on site shop. The staff in this hotel are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. There were always sun beds available and the broken ones replaced while we were there, the pool area could do with being washed and hosed down properly as they just tend to mop bits so it was getting sticky around the sun beds. There is not a huge selection of dishes in the restaurant and the salad bar was basic however everything was hot, tasty and replenished quickly. The themed nights were lovely! We bought some nuts from the little shop on site and walked along the coastal path to feed the chipmunks 🐿️, you will either see one of loads of them! Would definitely return to this hotel.

Ok we booked a 5 night stay here, after reading the reviews we come with an open mind, the hotel yes could do with some maintenance but is very clean, the staff are fabulous really helpful, the rooms are clean and cleaned every day, the food I found to be really nice, my wife who is a little fussy found it ok, basically if you get here and don’t like the food your should have went 4-5 star but you skimped out so take it or leave it, the drinks are great, coke Fanta and wine and beer all in all I would recommend this hotel, there isn’t loads to do here but a short walk will take you to a lovely beach and restaurants plus you can hire electric scooters £16 for the week, I would recommend to hire a car at the airport, then your free to explore the island in more detail very easy to use the roads out here. All in all we had a great time.

Place looks nothing like it does in the pictures, its run down and its dirty, it's also in the middle of nowhere. Please do your research before booking this hotel. There was much talk around the communal area of thefts during our stay here also.

After reading some bad reviews about this hotel I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We were given a room straight away (even though it was 12pm and the check in starts at 3pm). We were given a spacious room, kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with massive balcony (unfortunately it overlooked the street outside, it didn't bother us much though). The staff in the hotel is amazing, everyone is so nice and smiling all the time and more than happy to help you. General cleanness of the room was okay, however there were some little details that could be also cleaned, but were not, like the balcony or corners of the floor. The swimming pool area was very clean and very pleasant to spend time there, the only minus of the swimming pool is the sunbeds, they're very uncomfortable and some of them broken. I was also missing dedicated towels for the swimming pool. The food was nice, repetitive, but not bad at all. I cannot recommend Canarian Potatoes with the red sauce enough. Wifi works on and off, for the first three days of our stay it was working okay in our room, but then disappeared and we were not able to connect anymore, only when sitting in the reception area. Snacks at the pool were great and very convenient, especially toasties and onion rings. All in all, the hotel was better than our expectations. I highly recommend staying there while on a budget.

4th time we have stayed here and it’s always very relaxing for us with amazing staff. Manager made sure everything was in place for our arrival and made sure our stay was really enjoyable. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but only few minutes from Calta de Fuste

We went for a girly holiday x4 nights in June. We had a lovely time. The hotel seemed relatively quiet although reception mentioned we were the last rooms. It is clear that everyone works really hard here to make the hotel great. Yes, the rooms were a little basic but the bits that are important were great quality - the bed and pillows, the pressure of the shower. I am a fussy eater and I had plenty to eat every day. It is really cheap to get to the beach (4/5 euros) each way so a great location. A very special mention to Enrico at reception who gave us wonderful advice of where to go and generally exudes fantastic customer service and the entertainer, he had a tough job but he did try his hardest to get the holiday spirit going. The only negative was Ismiel (probably not spelt correctly). This guy was so moody. Told us off for standing at the wrong side of the pool bar - didn't know that we could and we had ordered drinks from that section before, kicked us out when we were 5mins early for lunch - even when everyone else was happy for us to continue. Really tedious things to get so caught up on, but he found it. This guy is obviously not happy there. In summary, you get what you pay for and we were pleasantly surprised, A holiday is what you make it and we made it wonderful :)

Great staff, great food and hotel facilities, rooms were very clean and well looked after. Felt very safe throughout the stay. Would recommend for solo, families couples. This was my first holiday away alone, distance yo hotel 10 mins, hotel provides shuttle to beach if required however, I enjoyed staying ehere I was as there was plenty of entertainment

Great hotel apartments to stay to enjoy the island, great staff and very pleasant for guests staying, would definitely stay in again in the future Cameron on reception was a great host very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, also lady in hotel shop very helpful, forgot her name, overall very pleased with my stay
