Leider war das Zimmer nicht geheizt und das bei winterlichen Außentemperaturen dafür ein Dickes Minus in der Bewertung.

I did enjoy my stay very much. The shower was excellent which was very important when coming in from the cold. The receptionists were very cordial and helpful. One of them made an extra effort to help me locate a money exchange station. I was thankful for her help during my stay.

wonderful location, easy access to public transport and local stores, only negative is staff didn't always speak english but even then google translate worked great ! :)

A good place for a base in Berlin. The rooms are generously sized with fab showers and big firm comfy beds. The breakfast is fine and the breakfast area is bright and cheerful. There is a little cafe next door and a useful supermarket right across from the hotel. Located in an East Berlin suburb, this hotel is perfectly located for the tram into the city in 20 minutes - the stop is right outside the hotel.

The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Check-in could be earlier as the room was ready 2 hours before. It was clean and pleasantly quiet at night. The breakfast was more than enough for me and tasted good (especially the scrambled eggs and the fried bacon). The rolls were very crispy and the coffee was hot and good (I drank it black).

They don't have many parking lots . Ask before book. I didn't have door at the toilet.
