I booked the apar**ent for 6 nights and, upon arrival, my wife and I were dissatisfied. Despite being seasoned travelers, we were misled by the photos and the description of the place. The cleanliness was deficient, the location was noisy, the heat was unbearable, and the apar**ent was not practical. Despite having a kitchen, it was useless to use as it was only 40 cm away from the bed, forcing us to eat lying in the bed (the refrigerator door doesn't open fully because it hits the bed). We then went to reception and requested a reduction in the number of nights, but encountered an inflexible, deceitful, and hostile response. We were told things like "no hotel in Germany has air conditioning," or "did you not see the photos?" Regarding the air conditioning: while the description did mention its absence, it failed to mention that the apar**ent itself was unusually hot for unknown reasons. It was 27 degrees inside while only 14 degrees outside, and opening the window resulted in significant noise. We have had similar experiences before, of asking to leave before the total nights, and we have always found a certain level of fair play, but not in this apar**ent. I proposed several reasonable compromises: charge me two nights' penalty, charge me half of the 6 nights, the city is crowded, there is a holiday, but to no avail, and the staff adopted a tone that made us lose confidence, so we left the place on the 2nd day and bear the financial loss. Are they simply unpleasant individuals, or is the property in such serious need of money? Whatever the answer, I strongly advise staying away from these individuals. The apar**ent, besides everything else, is expensive. I went to a 4 star hotel in Mitte, better location, breakfast, services, comfort, air conditioning, and the price was 30% cheaper.

Nice hotel with a good location near Postdamer Plaz. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Parking was located nearby at the local shopping centre if you need secure parking. Price was reasonable, considering the location and easy to check in.

It is a great location and the price was perfect. It was a solo trip to the Berlinale but if you are thinking about bringing your family I highly recommend it. It was super clean, check in was a breeze and no complaints. It is next to the Ubahn, but you don`t notice. Also if you are a runner there is a path outside the door.

We were really pleased with the appar**ent - it was modern, very well equipped, warm and spacious. We also found it to be excellent value and extremely comfortable. The location is conveniently located for walking/taking public transport to the main sights. Nearest supermarket around a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay there again.

Love the condition of the property, clean and enough space of our family with communal area and good size kitchen. Good location to main attractions, shopping, dining and groceries and right next to U-bahn station and 10 mins walk to main interchange S-bahn.

HighPark is a great apartement hotel in the centre of Berlin. 10-15 minute walk away from Postdamerplatz and a 30 minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate this is defintely a place to stay if you want to explore Berlin. It is also located directly next to a U-Bahn station which is very useful. Although directly located next to a major road the sound proofing is that good that you would never be able to tell. Great facilities with large bathroom/shower and washing machine with a small kitchenette area. Served all our needs for a 3 night stay in Berlin. If you want a good base for your stay then you can not do much better than here.

Loved the area and our stay. Just wish there was more breakfast options around. But with a kitchen and stove I would recommending buying food from the store and making some!

There was no instruction manual for the electronic device, making it difficult to use it. There was construction going on right next to my bed, so I couldn't relax. The lighting in my room was very dark and I used my cell phone's light when cooking.
