At check in the csr (customer service rep) said the computer froze up and then took my credit card and drivers license to a back office. Then she came back and said your all set. Without resetting her computer began working on the check in computer. I thought it was rather odd. The csr was rather snooty and it felt like I was an inconvenience.
The pool was filthy, she did not mention there was a problem with it at checkin. The next day maintenance tech’s were working on the pool.
The rooms were clean and well cared for, the lady at breakfast was personnel and accommodating.
Overall unfortunately I would give it a 4 out of 10.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything from the staff, the clean room and facilities available. It made us wish our stay was longer. Affordable pricing was a plus!

Had a great time but the hot tub needs to be hotter its a hot tub it shouldn't be cold tried it 2 different times and I'd say the temp was like 70 degrees very disappointed 😞 other then that everything was very nice. Also the breakfast worker on Friday morning was very friendly she even gave our son a little Christmas gift a gold bell for the tree and a Candy cane poem was very nice of her he loved it. The bell reminds him of the polar express movie.

The room was very spacious and clean. We loved the pool area; the L shape was fabulous and made it seem huge! it’s a good location with pretty views. Breakfast was delicious and complimentary as well!

We always have stayed at the Encore when visiting Amish country, but couldn't get a room. We were very surprised at how nice the facilities were The Berlin Grand. Large room, we had everything we needed. Everyone was very nice and polite!!

Great Full hot breakfast! Including Amish frosted cinnamon rolls. Close to shopping and stores. Clean room, Nice hot shower. We stay here every time we come to Berlin.

This was a beautiful facility and we had a spacious room. A little disappointed in the breakfast buffet. Limited selection and not much left by the time we got there around 8:30 am.

The staff was very curtious, the amenities(fireplaces in the courtyard) and closeness to everything was amazing. The hotel was very clean
