At check in the csr (customer service rep) said the computer froze up and then took my credit card and drivers license to a back office. Then she came back and said your all set. Without resetting her computer began working on the check in computer. I thought it was rather odd. The csr was rather snooty and it felt like I was an inconvenience.
The pool was filthy, she did not mention there was a problem with it at checkin. The next day maintenance tech’s were working on the pool.
The rooms were clean and well cared for, the lady at breakfast was personnel and accommodating.
Overall unfortunately I would give it a 4 out of 10.
