Dit hotel ziet er vanaf de binnenplaats erg leuk uit. De kamer die wij hadden (38) zat in een soort bunker achter het hotel. Direct daaraan zat een andere kamer van ons gescheiden met een deur, waardoor je bijna letterlijk kom horen wat daar gezegd werd. Slaapkamer zelf klein en sfeerloos, aparte badkamer met bad/douche en een aparte wc. Ontbijtbuffet met beperkte keuze. Restaurant was tijdens ons verblijf helaas gesloten.

Qua ligging is het uitstekend. Eigenlijk is het een soort Riquewhir (vestigingstadje), maar nog onontdekt door de massa. In het hoogseizoen zijn er dus nauwelijks toeristen. Op slechts 3 km ligt Ribeauville, waar je gelijk ziet wat het verschil is qua drukte. De binnenplaats van het hotel is zeer sfeervol. Het eten dat geserveerd wordt is traditioneel en van hoge kwaliteit. Het zwembad is verrassend groot. De kamers zijn eenvoudig, maar voorzien van een zeer goed bed en prima badkamer. Het zal niet lang meer duren voordat dit dorpje ontdekt zal worden door de massa, want de gemeente is druk bezig om alle gebouwen op te knappen en het centrale plein bij het stadshuis is bijna klaar.

The room itself was a fantastic space! Very comfortable and quite cute. The whole building and town are just lovely. Wish we would have had time to stay for the Christmas Market.

Very cozy hotel in the centre of the Village with a beautiful courtyard. BUT beds are too small and short for normal adults. Sofa bed was even worth, so no sleep that night. There are no AC on the room and no fan to get a breeze. Breakfast was not ready at 08:00

This is a beautiful hotel - so lovely to arrive in the flower filled courtyard. The rooms are spacious and ours came with a little kitchen area which we didn't use, although the fridge was useful. It's a nice place to stay. The food in the restaurant in the evening was mediocre although the service was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The pool area is nice but the swimming pool was too warm when we were there - more like swimming in a bath!

Lovely small city and very charming old hotel. our flat was very nice. The breakfast was average. The pool is only for adults and when I booked - I could not see this. We have 3 kids so they were not happy.

Large-sized rooms with kitchenettes give you the option of shopping at the wonderful markets of Alsace and then preparing your own food. Rooms surround a lovely, leafy courtyard. Staff is very helpful, offering to carry baggage and do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant. Rooms seem to be furnished with everything you would need, including a fan for warm weather! (The majority of hotels just laugh at me when I ask if they have a fan for the room.) Bergheim is very quiet at night, so there is little-to-no disturbance from outside, even with the window open. Parking is close-by and free. Could there be improvements? Yes, of course. The bathroom in my room was very small and the shower-head was quite low. The courtyard seems to be used often for private functions, limiting guests' ability to sit there. But no place is "perfect," and I would happily stay again (and hope to) at La Cour du Bailli.

First class service from Reception, checking us in and personally showing us to our bicycle storage and our room. We had upgraded to a junior suite and this was well worth the extra cost. Had a lovely seating area within the room overlooking one of the courtyards. Comfy bed and well priced mini bar. Shame we forgot our swimming costumes because there's a small wellness centre on site too.
