hi the property is in a great location however the room was cold most of the time we had a few issues with the heating in the room and had to keep it on all day for the room to stay warm on a night time the ceilings are very high and the heat fan is it at the top of the ceiling so its very hard to keep the rooms warm, i booked a session in the spa and there was some confusion over the time so i only had 1hr not my full 1 and a half i explained this to the staff but they offered no refund, apart from the heat in the room and the mix up with the spar the hotel was ok, the breakfast was advertised as having an english option but we never got it or offered to us this was a bit missleading.apart from the above great location thou. thank you.

Stayed here for four days where we found the location of the hotel to be perfect. The best quality that Arli hotel has is there staff. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff were superb and all enquiries were dealt with smiles, nothing was a problem. Breakfast was a cold buffet with fruit and cold meats. It would have been nice to have had some hot food on offer. Bedroom was very comfortable but bathroom was tired looking.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Ideally placed between the citta Alta (15 mins walk to the funicular) and the train station (10 mins walk). The rooms are nothing special but the beds are comfy, well stocked toiletries and good heating/aircon. Staff at the hotel were fantastic and very welcoming. On arrival they gave me a map and run through of the local sites which was greatly appreciated. Right next door to the hotel is a small convenience store which is super handy if your out travelling for the day, but it is a bit pricey. Close by, heading left down the road outside the hotel is also a really good clothing store as well. A great stay and a charming town, look forward to returning in the near future!!

Arli Hotel was a great find for our 2-night stay in Bergamo. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. It also offers probably the best breakfast I've ever had in an Italian hotel. Bedrooms are really well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We booked 2 single, business class rooms and they were ideal for our needs. The location is perfect - the public bus from the airport stops just around the corner, it's also the bus to go to the Citta Alta. And the funicular is a short walk away. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby too. I simply couldn't fault Arli Hotel.

Location is this hotel's greatest quality, it's based in the centre of lower Bergamo which makes it very convenient. It's advertised as a wellness hotel but no where in the booking process did it mention that the spa has to be booked in 1.5 hour slots and costs €45 a time. When I arrived it was already fully booked. The receptionist was unhelpful and likened it to using the restaurant, saying that you have to pay for food. I tried to explain that a spa hotel charging for the hotel was a completely different matter. The room was comfortable, if a little dated. They were cleaned well and there was a large selection of toiletries. The shower leaked as the door didn't closed properly and the fridge made a noise all night which made it hard to sleep. I was offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch, and it included snacks.

Nice hotel at a central spot in Bergamo. Always nice to be welcomed with a free drink. The room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was okay (no scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages).

The hotel is situated by the Porta Nova which is quite convenient. However, it lacks warmth and friendliness and the service is mediocre. Breakfast is distinctly "average" (and the service poor). The room was fine, as was the WiFi. Parking is available, but if you have a car find somewhere else as the charge is extortionate. We would not stay here again

Great stay, Arli is in the middle of the city centre, restaurants and shops. There is a parking adjacent to the hotel. They have a wellness centre, but I did not have the time to enjoy that. Their breakfast is okay, enough to seat up in the morning in a good mood.

Great hotel in the middle of the new Bergamo city centre. All necessary amenities available, even single rooms for business travelers. The parking besides the hotel (be aware not under a roof) is not so expensive and close bye.The hotel breakfast and service is good. I can recommend this hotel.
