Motel 6 Richland, WA - Kennewick

The cleaning lady very nice the front seat not so much the rooms are nice but beds are very uncomfortable it like sleeping on springs

It was good the rooms are upgraded and look nice, the only thing that's bad was just the floor was dirty like not sweeped, but the beds are hard which is not something i like but thats just me and the shower is a little small but overall it was a nice stay

Nothing to special here. Standard motel. walkable area, and an easy walk to the river which was nice. We felt safe in the area, but as one of the cheaper hotels options, the crowd reflects the price point. Lots of cars packed with stuff, and some broken windows patched with plastic. Bed was comfortable, pillows were very thin, and only two per bed. Fyi, there is a microwave in the lobby, in case you don't want to pay the extra $10 for a room with a microwave/fridge.

There was no hot water. I could barely get the shower warm enough to even TAKE a shower without it being cold. And the water out of the bathroom sink was even warm enough to call 'warm' even after running it for 5+ minutes. Maybe it was just my room...? The room itself was comfortable enough just like my stay there the previous week for business, but I'd have a hard time staying there if I can't take a decently-hot shower. Also, there is not coffee or coffee pot in the rooms, which is no big deal for me since I bring my own, but it's good for others to know.

Ok place, clean and staff was nice but not my cup of tea as i was just traveling thru and needed a quick sleep/stopover

Clean and comfortable, good for the business traveler or someone just passing through. BIG TV! Shampoo and a hair dryer are not provided, at least not in the room that I was in, so be sure to bring your own. I think it's funny that you have to get a 'deluxe' room if you want a microwave and mini fridge... ;-) I will stay here again, though, for a business trip.

Staff were very unfriendly & tried making us leave without refund an hour after check in bc both adults didn’t have physical identification only pictures of license

Employees were nosy and asking personal questions also given weird face even after knowing I’ve stayed here multiple times won’t come back here and employee with Afro was just sitting playing Xbox but yeah I wouldn’t be saying anything but made me feel uncomfortable

I stay at a lot of Motel 6 locations across the country and got to celebrate Thanksgiving alone at this one while on a work trip. The room was much nicer than your typical Motel 6 honestly and i appreciated the better lighting along with better mattress and pillows in particular. The staff is also very very nice and accommodated my extensions. The only bummer about this location was the tweakers in the parking lot. I never want to denigrate other humans suffering from the byproducts of a sick society but it wasnt the safest environment (and I had just come from camping in the forest amongst grizzly bears). Maybe it was just a few of the people who happened to be there while I was a guest... I dont want to slam this hotel. It was affordable and everyone was so nice. But i will be reticent to stay here again while I'm working in the tri-cities.
