Het matras was zo hard ik kwam elke ochtend gebroken uit bed. Bij aankomst vraagt de receptie een borg van 150 euro in het geval er iets stuk gaat. Ik vroeg als ik dit cash betaal krijg ik hey ook cash wee mee terug? Nee was het antwoord. Toen ik zei dat ik het met mijn reisagent wou bespreken hoefde ik ineens niks meer te betalen. De schoonmaakster heeft de volgende spullen van mijn hotelkamer GESTOLEN: 3 NIEUWE TANKTOPS 1 DLEUTELHANGER EN 1 GLITTERRIEM SCHADE 50 EURO GELUKKIG HAD IK MIJN CREDITCARDS EN DURE SIERADEN MEEGENOMEN OMDAT ZE KWAM SCHOONMAKEN. HOTEL DEED HIER NIETS MEE ZEI ALLEEN DAN DOE MAAR AANGIFTE!!!!!!

Mooi netjes hotel enkel vanaf de twee week wel veel luidruchtige Engelse jongeren. Ook bij het zwembad hielden deze gasten het niet aldoor netjes. Zelf.muziek aanzetten terwijl er door de boxen van hét hotel ook al muziek klonk

Mooi hotel met heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Wij waren er al heel vroeg en hebben gevraagd of de kamers al klaar waren maar daar was het te vroeg voor, ze hebben er voor gezorgd dat we er toch eerder in konden. Hotel was 10 minuten lopen naar het strand en wij vonden dit heel goed te doen. Winkels zien er volop in de buurt.

Stayed for 3 weeks in December with my sister. Delighted with our stay. Lovely, helpful reception staff. Good location. Close to beach and bars but just far enough away to not hear the noise. Rooms fully equipped and modern. Had everything we needed. Bedding and towels replaced frequently. The only negative was the sound of aircon machinery on the 2 upper floors. We were in room 13b and although you didn’t really hear it during the day, the minute you put your head on the pillow it was like a generator whirring all night. I used a sleep app to help drown out the sound! It was our choice to have a high level floor and the view from our room more than compensated for the inconvenience. We could have changed rooms but decided to stay put in our room which got the sun almost all day long. Staff were aware of the issue and advised the air con would be replaced in the near future. Apart from this, everything was wonderful and we will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so perfect.

We had a week's break here, what a lovely place . The apartment was very clean , it had plenty of towels , bathroom shower products and bed linen was changed once during the week. There were 4 saucepans , 2 frying pans , utensils and crockery to accommodate 4 guests. Also a washing up kit was supplied ( sponge, scourer, liquid, black bin liner and towel) There were plenty of hangers and storage space, the sofa and bed were both comfortable and the TV had around 7 English channels. There is a supermarket near the apartment, so that was a bonus ( found out there's a massive Lidl being built , 5 mins around the corner ) Staff were polite and always said hola whenever you met them. Plenty of loungers free around the pool and the balcony gets the evening sun from around 4.45 til 7 ish . Great value and I highly recommend a stay here.

Absolutely amazing rooms so spacious and clean would definitely stop again. Staff so pleasant and polite. Came back one day to find a bottle of cava,chocolates,beer mat,pen,and card whishing me happy birthday. Must really take note of your birthday when showing your passports.

The apartment was bigger than we expected we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pools. Staff lovely, very quiet location , lots of nice places to eat out. We never cooked anything only made hot drinks. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Very nice,clean,modern.spacious hotel. Stopped in a 2 bed apartment room. Room was spacious and modern. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. Beds were comfortable also. €100 deposit for the room to be paid at arrival. Pool area was clean and inviting. You must only drink drinks that are purchased from the hotel at the pool area. Staff were friendly and chatty. Only negatives if any is the location is slightly up a bank and 5-10 minutes walk from main centre. Which i guess would be slightly annoying if staying for any longer than a week.

Just came home 5 march from a lovely stay in Levante lux apts .The staff are very helpfull .The apts are lovely .big .clean well equiped .only thing missing is hairdryer .but everything else there.they are handy for bars .indoor market .this 2nd time stayed since renovated .but stayed 4 times before .will definatly be back
