Apartamentos Ribera

Overall Great. Great location, great rooms, great staff. The Studio was very clean, well equipped and quiet. Communal areas were also clean and very helpful for when you shower if you have a late flight. Would recommend to anyone and will be returning in March.

Wow…what a fabulous time we’ve just had staying at the Ribera Apartments in the Old Town, Benidorm ! The owners Raul & Alberto are two of the most pleasant & helpful people you could wish to meet,they allowed us to check in early as it was New Years Eve which made things easier. It was our first time staying at these apartments and we are very impressed, the rooms are spotlessly clean,fully equipped for a long stay,the beds are so comfortable and the rooms were cleaned regularly with fresh towels changed at regular intervals during our stay. We found the Apartments very quiet,even during the New Year Celebrations,we had English Channels on the tv for those quiet nights in, in fact we enjoyed our stay so much we have already rebooked for April and can’t wait to go back to these absolutely first rate Apartments!!

Two adults travelling with our two teenage kids. Loved that we had a separate bedroom to the kids. We had en-suite facilities and the kids even had their own separate bathroom to themselves. Their bedroom had two single beds which they were overjoyed with, their not keen on sharing sofa beds together at their age. It had a lovely kitchen / diner that was fully equipped , had everything we needed. We arrived on a late flight , prior to arrival we were asked to download an app which became our key to the main entrance and our room entrance too, all super easy and efficient. On our last day we had to check out by 10 which did seem a bit early, however we were able to leave our cases, go to the beach and a room was available to have a shower and get ready for our flight home. Location in the old town, minutes from beach, bars restaurants. 20 mins to the ***** . The only negative was the little balcony which had an awful outlook. You wouldn’t expect it for such a well renovated apartment, We really didn’t use it much so didn’t matter to us at all and is not within the owners control anyway. This place is such good value, run by lovely people . I’d highly recommend staying here,will definitely be coming back .

This apartment was great with good facilities. Good location , with plenty of places to eat close by . Apartment a good size , with a good size balcony too Great shower and great views of sea from 7th floor. Alberto was very friendly and helpful.

Loved this find of the apartment Greeted by the lovely Alberto and got checked in a few hours early no issues at all. Both got key cards explained all the lay out. One snag but was dealt with within an hour. I was poorly and needed new towels and bedding and only Cost 2 euro due to how long we were staying and all done when out. Requested a late check out which again was no issues.

Fantastic location, close to the beautiful Old Town and about 15/20 minutes walk (a very pleasant walk) into the main *****/central benidorm. It was spotlessly clean. The apartment was stunning 😍 we had the penthouse. Very spacious, had everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms. The showers were powerful and lovely. The view from the balcony was incredible. Such good value for money and cannot fault the apartment at all. We had a late check in and were provided with an app that let us in with an electronic key, this was really good and easy to use. We had very little to do with the staff, as they are only there 9am-5pm, but in my dealings with them they were very lovely and friendly. Highly recommended and if I visit Benidorm again, I will stay here.

We stayed as a family of four, at the tail end of July. The apartment was spotless modern and had everything you needed to keep things ticking over, whilst you were there - air con, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, iron and a tv, that could get a few English channels. Although " compact " the apartment served as a great little base and served all of our needs perfectly. The Ribera is situated about 5 mins walk from the Old Town and the nearby Altea Beach, in quiet residential area, a so everything is on your doorstep. The two lads on reception, Raul and Alberto couldn`t be more helpful, as we had a few little snags in the room, which were sorted out within hours of arrival. Although there was air con in the living room, which was needed, the main bedroom didn`t have any, just a ceiling fan and air con would`ve made things less " sticky " in there of a night. If there`d been air con in the bedroom, I`d be giving it a 5/5. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and very good value for money.

11 lads stayed here for a retirement do and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Before we arrived Raul ensured everything was sorted. With a late check in there was no one at reception but with the instructions given it was simple and we were settled in very quickly. The rooms were all up to date, great air con (which was needed) and superbly located right on the edge of the old town and close to the beach. We didn't spend much time in the apartments but whenever you saw any staff you were greeted cheerfully. If I go back to benidorm I will definately be staying here.

Great location, affordable. The friendly chap went out of his way to help us regarding leaving luggage after the reception was shut. Decent size apartment and clean . Bus pick up was a minute away. Will stay here next time if available . Again, helpful friendly staff were great!
