Booked hotel through a company called last night of freedom.. Hen party weekend. This company specialises in adult only weekends and stag / hen weekends The hotel was sold to to me as I was the organiser at 255 each person… 12 ladies ages ranging 27-57 years… Booked… October 2022 ready for July 2023… all information was shared and requests given to the company as we had 5 ladies with underlying health conditions… 2 ladies with fybromialgia… lady with sever diabetes and a lady who had recently broken her arm ans another lady who had broken her ankle early this year… At the prices of the rooms and look at the hotel on the web site it looked basic but quiet nice… I had requested Prosecco on arrival and basic food… as we had set out early … we were told that the hotel had a bar and basic food facilities but if we wanted food… there was a nice bar next door… Up on arrival the hotel from The outside looked nothing like the photos and as I had spoke to the rep who met us … It was very run down dirty haras fencing around the hotel and the hotel looked like it was falling apart The reception lady was ok but not helpful at all .. she was only the manager and I asked where the amenities were the bar champagne etc she laughed and I said this was classed as a 2 star hotel adults only and caters for hen ans stags She said no nothing like like we were advised it wasn’t even a 1 star rating We looked around in disgust and I was terribly embarrassed… She told us her name was Maggie that the hotel owner had sold the rooms off during Covid and never maintained the hotel maintenance was very limited… No sun beds infact 6 in Total and filthy … no bar that had closed and used as a storage area for cases or anting else they dumped there… We were advised no rest towels would be replenished after 1 day and no toilet rolls we would have to buy our own … I contested this and said it was a complete fass!!! The hotel was not the hotel advertised it was for homeless I would say … it was some residential local people living there… it was disgusting dirty left to go to rack ans ruin We had no electric in our bedroom on 2 lights worked…. One safe between 12 of us … No iron as requested no hair dryers as asked all these questions nothing … there was dog wee in the corridor and no H&S basic standards met… we had ceiling fan in 3 apar**ents only 1 room worked Holes in the ceiling and the room had not been cleaned properly Advised 4 to a room not 3 which was originally stated by the booking company LNOF 4 to a room it was a squeeze Balcony table was filthy old nothing maintained or cleaned…. Fridge broken Sink leaked and shower head didn’t stay up …. The outside pool area was filthy umbrellas broken pool floor area dirty pool felt dirty we all come back with coughs after 2 days …

Fabulous 3 weeks stay everything spotless very comfortable beds lovely towels toiletries we had a superb view to wake up to every morning lovely new bar area super restaurants small supermarket practically on the doorstep bus into Benidiorm every 15 mins or half hour walk along the beautiful promenade! Already booked for next year . Ho loveky Marcus on reception so helpful indeedall the staff are .

We stayed at El Faro apar**ent last weekend we had 2 appoin**ents for 6 friends, I’ve got to say they were absolutely immaculate, well furnished with everything we needed, lovely fluffy towels, toiletries, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, great hairdryer which is unusual but really good. It is in the quiet area which is great not too far from old town a bit further from the Very lively places but that’s a good thing, a great Italian restaurant on sea front right I front of apar**ents really great food. So close to beach with stunning views. The room had 2 single beds and a double sofa bed In the living area. It was just perfect would 100% recommend

On arrival welcomed and easy check in process. We were on the 17th floor and the views were fantastic. The room was lovely and clean, spacious and had everything we needed including iron, ironing board, microwave, toaster just brilliant. The staff always on hand to help arrange taxis into the busier new town area cost usually was 13-18 euros for 6 seater. So reasonable between us all.

This place is a f#cking joke no one in the reception to check in and none of the phone numbers at hotel and online work just cut off line please go somewhere else turn back whilst you can and email doesn’t work either so please listen and walk away from this place.

Well after reading the reviews I can honestly say I cannot find anything to complain about. Marcos on reception is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Clean and tidy rooms. Amazing views. Fabulous burger bar just round the corner. Will definitely be back.

This hotel is lovely it's not spectacular but u get what u pay for the pool is the downside as it dosent open until the 1st of June but the sea is just down the street the views are amazing as we were on the 17th floor was lovely waking up to the sea view this is what made our holiday Maggie is lovely and has a little dog which my daughter loved the Spanish lady is really nice I used Google translate to explain a couple of problems they was sorted asap there is a bar on the corner which is ok but watch out on Ur bill as these tend to add extra 4€pn Ur bill in the evening I think was tax but when Ur only drinking coffee it's expensive 7€ for chips which is ridiculous if u want to go to the ***** it's €12 in a taxi and all other amenities it's around the same price other than that it's a 40 min walk into the old town
